And there, came the weekend. Finally, two days off from that torture.

I was walking on the streets, the wind blowing my pastel purple hair. People make fun of me for my voice. What was wrong with being quiet? People just have the audacity to bully me just for that.

As I was having my walk, I heard a familiar voice behind me. I turned my head, there seeing Kobu. Running towards me. She had a worried and panicked look on her face.

"HAZEL! Oh... thank goodness. I need your desperate help. I'm planning to confess to my crush. But I don't know how to arrange it! Oh god... no, no, no, no... please help." My expression went surprised. Someone asked me to help arrange a... lovey dovey confession?
"Kobu? U-Um... I never tried this before. But... I can try. What do I need to know?"
"Thank you...! Okay, so... I need the location. A very nice place to confess to someone. Then... words. How will I confess? What will I say?" I put my hand on my chin, thinking in my mind.
"Hm... I will text you all the details. I feel like this will go really well." Kobu smiled and hugged me tight.
"You are a lifesaver, Hazel! Thank you...!!" I hugged back, feeling warmth within the hug.

It was now evening. I was laying on my bed, listening to my favourite j-pop songs. I then stretched out to get my phone, now texting Kobu all the details and tips.

<Kobu, that's all I can think of. I hope your confession goes well! I'll be watching it too.> I texted, whilst putting a smiling emoji at the end of the text. Kobu replied to my message immediately.
<thank you, Hazel. This will really help me. You have been a big help!> Kobu replied with a heart emoji. I smiled as I put my phone on the end table, now pulling the covers over me, and falling into a deep slumber.

Now, came the next day. I was at the location I suggested to Kobu. Everything seem to go well. Until, I heard this phrase.

"Sorry, Kobu. I don't think I feel the same." Kobu's expression went wide.
"W-Wait, but... can we at least be friends?"
"Sorry... you're a bit annoying."
"...!" My expression went shocked. Kobu's love left her. Kobu fell to her knees, tears in her eyes. Those words still echoing in her head. Only a phrase like that could shatter her heart. I ran to Kobu and hugged her tight.
"Kobu, I... I'm sorry... d-did I suggest something wrong?" Kobu was lost in her tears, salty water kept falling from her eyes.
"N-No... but..." Kobu tried to speak, but I saw something in her mouth that shocked me entirely.

A flower petal fell from her mouth.
