Worst days healed by Love rays ( Rohit Sharma)

Part 12

The world Cup schedule is released by ICC. Virat and Rohit are busy in practicing.
They are grinding hard for the matches in their respective places.
Rohit is being a lot busy with his tight schedule, meetings and training youngsters. He is hardly giving time to sammy.
But he never misses a day to kiss her good night when she is sleeping.

She's a kid and needs attention, but cricketer is a game and needs Rohit. He has to be away from India for special training alongside Yashasvi, Virat,
Shubman, Ishan, Jadega and other team members.
Rohit thought of taking Samaira with him but she has school and he can't leave a 5 year old alone in his house alongside two maids.

She's still a kid and education matters the most to her.
Rohit threw a party in his villa and all the crickters who live in Mumbai were present. Somehow Virat was also there and he had to bring a whinning Varsha who wanted to meet Sammy.

Sammy ran into her arms when she saw the ' surprise' that's coming for her that Rohit informed her.
Virat picked up Sammy and they were talking about something.
Rohit came and exchanged greetings with Varsha, after the hi's and hello's they Engulfed in a warm hug. Virat quenched his jaw but soon turned his attention to Sammy.

That night Sammy was sitting on the lap of Varsha they were giggling and chuckling which everyone found cute.
Soon after dinner and drinks they sat down to chat.

On the middle of the conversation,
Rohit told others his worry about leaving Sammy alone and the reason why he can't take Sammy along with him to England.

Everyone gave suggestions of taking her along, but some raised the concern that she just joined a new school and has lot of holidays she needs to attend it after all.
Varsha popped up with an idea,
" In which school is she? "
She asked

" Bhavans " Rohit replied and varsha clapped her hands in win.
" Perfect" Virat raised an eye brow at her actions. What was she trying to do?

" How long will you go to england? " She asked again
" One week but why? " Everyone was curious at her questions.

" Since Bhavans is in Andheri ans I live in there. why don't you let her stay with me for one week. If you are ok. I know no parent would let their child be alone with some stranger but if you wish too. I can cook her food, will drop her at school and pick her up. "
Varsha realized she shouldn't have given the proposal, if it was her kid she wouldn't leave her at any cost.

Little did she expect Rohit said,
" Sammy, Do you wanna stay? "
Sammy squealed in her response and everyone erupted in joy, except one.

Sammy was excited she gotta stay with her favourite person and her dad agreed. Rohit was delighted because Varsha lifted up a heavy weight from his shoulder.

The night ended, before leaving Varsha gave them the ' exact address' . Rohit knew she lives in Versova the day they dropped her from the taxi.

" Why did you do that? Virat asked as they reached home.
Whole ride he was silent and didn't say a word. Just as they reached home he said these words to varsha.

" What? I just offered help. He's a good friend and I love sammy.
Do I look like a murderer or something to you? "
Varsha said earning an eye roll from Virat.

" Plus it's beneficial for both of us. He can concentrate on team players and game, while sammy can even stay here and attend school" Varsha added. She's not understanding Virat's concern at all. He wants her to stay away from Rohit for her own good but this girl is getting closer and closer to them.

Virat thought it's not the right time to protest and create another fight. He can say things he doesn't mean when he's angry which can hurt Varsha. That's why he decided to stay quite rather then explaining her the reason and went to bed.

Whole night he wasn't able to sleep.
While on the other hand Varsha does understand Virat's concern, what bothers her is the fact that it can affect the game and friendship of Her brother and Rohit.
Virat will find ways to avoid Rohit, if he gets too angry he will confront him and say mean things which he will regret later.
She prays to God to keep the Rohirat bond strong and not let that affect the game. It's world Cup after all.

Rohit and sammy were in the airport, Virat came there. anushka and Vamika boarded the plane for Delhi.
The team members are going to England from Mumbai airport.
Virat and Varsha hugged each other. Virat realized how much he hurted Varsha by behaving odly. He whispered a quick sorry.

Sammy and Ro made their ways towards Varsha and Virat. Virat went to do the security checking before entering the plane.
Varsha and Rohit looked at each other. Rohit was flashing her a wide smile as if he was thankful to her for eternity for the kind things she is doing to him.

Rohit trusted Varsha, he knows the strong bond samaira has with her and how much she enjoys her company.
Instead of leaving her alone he will be scared about her daughter and even if he takes her with him he will not be able to pay attention to her at all. At certain discussions and meetings kids are not allowed.
And Rohit won't leave her daughter out of his watch, But when it's Varsha she is making it easy for him to focus on his game and team.

Sammy gave a big bear hug to Varsha, varsha took her bag and Rohit hugged her. He rubbed her shoulder and muttered a Thank you. Sammy giggled a little. Varsha said " Don't worry about her, I'll take care of her.
Focus on game, best of luck "
Rohit nodded in response.

He broke the ever lasting hug and quickly wrapped Sammy in his arms and kissed her cheek which she returned. This cute sight earned an aww from Varsha.

Virat was standing there waiting for Rohit to enter.
They both went inside the plane giving last goodbye to varsha and Sammy.
Varsha looked down at the little girl and asked her " Ready? "
She cutely nodded her head.
They both got into Varsha's car and drove off to her home.
