Noel

Like I had told the girls, Jimmy and I were just sitting on the bench. We could see them clearly where we were.

Marion and Daniella were finally talking again, but then it came to a spontaneous stop. To my surprise, Marion didn't lower her eyes in awkwardness; she just keep scrutinizing Daniella.

"Jimmy," I nudged him, gesturing for him to stand up.

We both watched, and there it was. Marion's lips landed on Daniella's.

Jimmy and I looked at each other simultaneously, interlocking our hands. I smiled in relief that our friendship isn't ending.

We raced back into the tennis court, interrupting their kiss. They both looked at us and smiled.

"Guys," I said with a smile. "I love you." I hugged both of them, forming a group hug. "Never scare me like that ever again."

"Can I join?" Jimmy asked.

"Yes, you're our bestie too," I said with a laugh. He joined in and we all just sat there.

---

We dropped Daniella and Marion off, and Jimmy drove to my house.

One of the convenient things is that our parents are always at work, so we can always be alone.

To no surprise, my parents weren't home, but I wasn't sure about Parker.

Jimmy and I got out of the car, lacing our hands together, and walked into the house.

"Parker, you home?" I shouted, and he never answered back. He was probably at a friends' house.

Jimmy hugged me from behind and kissed my cheek. "Do you know how much I love you?"

"Yes."

"I don't think you do."

I turned to face him, scrunching his cheeks together. "Wanna fight?"

"Let's go, right now," Jimmy held up a fist.

"Let's go, Fallon," I broke and laughed. "I'm becoming you."

"How is that?"

"Because I keep laughing and breaking character."

We sat in silence until I said: "Wanna watch a movie upstairs or something?"

"Sure."

We both ran up the stairs to my bedroom. I fished through my shelf full of movies and pulled out Grease. I showed Jimmy the movie.

"Wanna watch this?" I asked, the song lyrics to the songs floating around in my head. I used to sing along all the time when I watched this movie as a kid.

"Oh my God," Jimmy grinned like a little kid. He grabbed the DVD and held it to his chest. "Tell me more, tell me more, was it love at first sight?" He sang in a high-pitched voice.

"Tell me more, tell me more, did she put up a fight?" I sang along.

I put the it in the DVD player and clicked play.

Jimmy and I took our shoes off and both cuddled under the blankets as we watched the movie.

There was that one feeling that I always got when I was around Jimmy; maybe it was the feeling that I could act like a total psycho, and his love for me would never change. I feel the same exact way about him; he's crazy sometimes, but I love him anyways, because he's being him.

---

The movie ended. I sat up from the bed, running my fingers through my now disheveled hair.

"Uuugh, I don't wanna get up, it's too comfyyy!" Jimmy whined, rolling over to face me.
