Sonia and Zelda met me just outside of Mineru's library. Zelda stood regally in her new attire- of course Sonia had chosen the outfit well. I smiled, clearing my throat. I had been standing here for a while. Sonia gave me a nod, and I knocked on the door.

"Come in!" chimed a familiar voice- the voice of my dear sister Mineru. Zelda and I entered, leaving Sonia in the hallway.

The grand library was awfully spacious for something as superficial as books. Not that I couldn't appreciate my older sister's quest for knowledge, but I would never understand why she hoarded every scroll, script, and tome she came across. The room was spacious, although I found the ceilings quite low compared to the other rooms in the palace. The uncomplicated stone butrices that held up the flat ceiling hugged the wall, their grey ridges blending with the grey walls blending with the grey floors, ceiling doors... the room was far from intricate. The mezzanine of the room was more interesting to the eye, and up on her throne, staring down at us, was my dear sister, Mineru.

"Oh?" She turned her head to the side, "And who might this be?"

I smiled, resting a comforting hand on Zelda's shoulder. "This..." I smiled, "Is Zelda. Our distant relative... from the future."

Zelda bowed her head. "Nice to meet you."

Mineru returned the gesture. "Nice to meet you as well. Now... your relative...from the future?"

I did my best to explain Zelda's predicament to Mineru, Zelda interjecting at times to give crucial details, Mineru interjecting at times to ask important questions. After we had finished explaining, Zelda took a mysterious device from her pocket. "I wonder if this could be of any help," she offered.

The slate-like device glowed with strange orange and blue patterns, lined with gold. An alien, eye-like symbol pulsed in the center of the reflective surface in the middle of the device, mesmerizing me. After a brief moment, she handed it over to Mineru, who contemplated it for a while before speaking.

"What does it do?" Mineru leaned forward to get a better look.

Zelda pointed to a small button on the top of the slate. My sister brushed her finger over it and practically hit the ceiling as she jumped at the sound of it turning on- a loud echoing beep that resonated its high pitch through the stone room. With that, a large eye-like device on the back of it opened, casting a bluish light across the dimly lit library.

Mineru pressed a hand to her chest. "Dear Farore," she sighed, "That scared the living daylights out of me."

"Sorry," apologized the small princess Zelda, "I didn't realize it would be so loud. I suppose I'm just used to it at this point."

"No apology needed," laughed Mineru, a jingling, cheerful sound. She threw her levitating scarf back around her shoulders and fixed her tousled white hair, readjusting her headdress, which had fallen askew in her startled leap. She took a sharp exhale out. "So...?"

"Anyways," continued Zelda, "This is called the Purah Pad. It has many features, including a camera, which captures images, a gallery, where you can view the images, a sensor, which can help locate items of different kinds, and a map of Hyrule, where, when selected, you can choose to travel to a place instantaneously. It is very handy in a pinch, or when traveling long distances. It was made by a friend of mine, modeled after a piece of ancient technology."

"Ah, I see..." Mineru pondered, putting her hand to her chin. Finally she came up with a conclusion somewhere in her busy mind. "It is quite an interesting device..."
