NARRATOR POV

Ashly was pushed to the ground.

Draco:again!

She stood up. She worse a black vest with her hair tied back and noticeable muscle on her arms. She held a wooden sword and had bruises on her face. Draco stood across from her shirtless and also holding a wooden sword. Ashly got into a fighting stance aswell as Draco.

Draco:go

The two began fighting Ashly using a more traditional style of sword combat with two hands on the hilt while Draco using one hand and making use of his free hand. Draco landed a punch to her face but she spun round and hit him across the face with her sword and the sword broke.

Draco:control!

He punched her in the stomach and she knelt down panting.

Draco:how many times Ashly?

Ashly:I'm sorry...

Draco:don't apologise

He reached to give her his hand.

Draco:do better sister

She took it and stood.

Draco:that's enough for today. Head home Akaza will be worried

Ashly:he's always worried

Draco:because he cares

Ashly smiled.

Ashly:you care too...

Draco:I know...don't tell your Brother

She laughed and they walked through the field. They were in Switzerland currently, Draco found a place to train Ashly without any interruption. It's been a year since their battle in New York, Ashly worked hard and has control over most of her abilities, she still doesn't have her Demon Form like her sister. Speaking of who, Brooke didn't take what she did well.

Ashly:alright I'm gonna head back. I'll tell Brooke you said hi!

She flew off into the sky. It didn't take her long to arrive at her new home.

It was one of Evelyn's old houses in England that she let them stay in. Ashly landed at the front door and opened.

Ashly:I'm home!

Akaza:in here!

Ashly walked into the living room and found Akaza watching TV.

Akaza:bruises?

They healed.

Ashly:still need to get used to doing that

Akaza:takes time you'll get it

She sat down on the couch next to her brother.

Ashly:how is she?

Akaza:she came out for the bathroom, that's it

Ashly:I need to talk to her

Akaza:she blames herself for it all...

Ashly:it wasn't her fault

Akaza:you gonna go talk to her?

Ashly:yeah...

She stood up and went upstairs. She stopped in front of a door and hesitated to knock.

Ashly:hey...it's me. Can I come in?

Like always no answer. She opened the door anyway and saw Brooke lying in her bed motionless. Her hair grew out and feathers covered her bed.

Ashly:Brooke?

Her eyes were yellow and motionless. When Ashly got closer Brooke buried her face in a pillow. Ashly sat down on the bed.

Ashly:it's been a year...

Brooke didn't move, or day anything.

Ashly:talk to me...please just say something

She was close to tears. She had only tried this twice in the year since the accident.

Ashly:I miss you...Akaza misses you...please just talk to us...

Ashly sat there looking at her sister motionless. Ashly stood up and walked back to the door thinking this was pointless.

Brooke:I ruined it...

Ashly turned around. She almost didn't recognise her sisters voice it was so weak.

Ashly:what?

Brooke:I ruined our lives...

Ashly:no-

Brooke:yes I did...you know I did

She sat up amongst her blankets a feathers.

Brooke:we were given a second chance with Akaza and...and...

She started crying.

Brooke:I caused the deaths of everyone in New York...it hurts...it hurts so much...

Ashly ran over and hugged her sister.

Ashly:I haven't heard your voice in months...I thought you lost it

Brooke:Ashly...I need help

Ashly;don't worry...I'm here for you. Just like you were for me...so how's Raven?

Brooke:he's been...trying

Raven:for fucking ages!

He appeard.

Raven:seriously these feathers aren't hers! Okay well some of them are but-

He got a look at Ashly.

Raven:shit look at you! Draco put you through the runner!

Ashly:yeah still no Demon form though

Brooke grabbed her sisters shoulders.

Brooke:don't...don't do it

Ashly:Brooke-

Brooke:how can you even think of that after what I did!

The door opened.

Akaza:well good to see you two talking again. That's alot feathers Raven?

Raven:not mine

Akaza:better not be

Brooke:Akaza...why are you still trying to get her to Demon? After wjat I did-

Akaza:with practice you can-

Brooke:and risk destroying everything again!? No! I'm not letting her do this...

Akaza sighed.

Akaza:more Demons keep popping up and they get stronger...we won't be able to fight them off forever. We need you girls...the Earth is fucked otherwise

He walked out.

Ashly:Brooke. I'm doing this for the world

Brooke:what has the world done for us? We've been on our own since we were kids, the world didn't help us when we had no money

Ashly:it gave us Akaza. A home, a family...

She got up.

Ashly:your all my family and I'm not going to stand by and watch everyone I love die

She walked to the door.

Ashly:I know you feel the same...so stop feeling sorry and get strong enough to control it

She left leaving Brooke thinking.

Raven:she got a point

Brooke:shut up

Raven:I'm you remember? You agree with me...think about it

He dissapeard.

Brooke:I don't want to think...

She laid down in her bed.

Brooke:I want to die...
