Its been a year since he came here. Damn that Akaza...I swear if I didn't do what my Father said if have him locked away. Even if he is a skilled fighter he puts himself in danger every time. He's either scuicidal or an idiot. I have to keep an eye on him...whatever he can die for all I care. I was sitting in a tree near the Ashina border, if I'm not fighting, eating or training this is where I am protecting the border.

I looked down and saw three of the Shoguns Samurai scouting. They never dare come this far without help.
Akaza:Akali! Where are you!?
I looked behind me and saw Akaza walking down a path toward us. He stopped when he saw them.

We're moving to Human world soon and there we will be safe...I hope. I was looking into the window of the Palace. I saw Jormungandr, the strongest Demon rivaling the Prime Evils. He saw me...he saw me. I ducked down and when I looked back he was gone. I jumped down and saw him standing there. He blasted toward me and grabbed me. I was terrified but he let me go due to his Brothers intervention. I saw that red aura as I left.

Snakes came from his back and stretched toward the Samurai and killed them instantly. He can't be...it can't be him. Why would he be here? Why would him of all Demons be here. I need to tell Father...but even if I do what can we do? He already has enough power to kill an Arc Angel so what can we do?

His aura dissapeard and his snakes grabbed me and pulled me down holding me there.
Akaza:shit...
He walked over.
Akaza:well? Anything to say or are you just gonna keep staring?

He transformed into his Demon form.

He picked me up by the neck but he tilted his head.
Jormungandr:where have I seen you before? At first I thought it was coincidence but now...you were the girl spying on me two hundred years ago aren't you?

Jormungandr:I came here to escape Hell...I don't need any reminders of my past failures. I failed to kill you then little Oni, I choose not to now
He dropped me.

He turned back to normal and for once I got to see his human face and red hair.
Akaza:listen well Akali. I am not Jormungandr, here I am Akaza Mercenary for hire
Akali:no...this is a trick! Your doing this for some form of fucking pleasure!
He sighed.
Akaza:no...believe it or not I've grown rather fond of it here. I will protect this land and its people and you. Tell no one of what I am
He walked away.
