A/N I got stuck with a writer's block and could not finish this chapter on time to post it last week. I'm sorry about that. And sorry if the end seems a bit rushed. I hope you like the book so far.

Warnings: bad relationship with food, borderline eating disorder

Callisto sat at her vanity, drawing eyeliner as the finishing touch on her make-up. She went with simple look. Foundation, a touch of blush on her cheeks, mascara, eyeliner and lip gloss. Daphne has been seating on her desk, swinging her legs and watching her the entire time.

"Say whatever's on your mind." Callisto locked eyes with her in the mirror. Cal knew by the way she bit the inside of her cheek that Daphne wanted to say something.

"You kind of look like you're going to a funeral." Daphne said. "Don't get me wrong, you look hot. But did you consider some colour other than black?"

Callisto stood and faced Daphne with raised eyebrow. She wore a black, satin button up with constellations and starts adorning it and pair of Daphne's black jeans. She left the first two buttons of a shirt unbuttoned and put on her necklace with skull pendant.

"I'm not changing the shirt. And jeans are yours."

"I thought you'd wear top in a different colour. I know you Malfoys are obsessed with black but you have some nice tops in emerald green or grey or blue or something else. Thought you'd wear some of them."

Callisto went over in front of a floor-length mirror they kept near bathroom door. She looked at herself and then over her shoulder at the black cloak and Daphne's Doc Martens she planned to wear. Her parents considered jeans and these types of shoes to be muggle-like, therefore Callisto wasn't allowed to have them. Due to that, Daphne and Callisto have been sharing clothes for the past two years.

"I can take off the necklace." Callisto said finally.

Daphne let out a hearty laugh. When Callisto set her mind on something, it was impossible for anyone to talk her out of it. "Sure." Daphne smiled, still chuckling faintly. "It'll make you look less intimidating. But wait there."

The brunette turned to rummage through her own jewellery box. While Callisto carefully put her necklace back in its place, Daphne fished out what she was looking for. She held up a silver choker for Callisto to see.

"Turn around." Daphne said, smirking. With an affectionate eye-roll, Callisto turned her back to Daphne and let her clip choker on her. "Drop dead gorgeous." The brunette complimented.

"Thanks, Daph." Callisto gave her one last smile and she started putting on her shoes.

"Have fun and don't murder anybody." Daphne winked once Callisto grabbed her coat to leave.

"You're hilarious, Greengrass." Callisto flipped her friend off and left their dorm, Daphne on her tail.

The rest of their friends were gathered in nearly empty common room. Their housemates were either sleeping in or somewhere else around the castle. Adrian's smile grew bigger once the two girls entered.

"Have a great time, Cal." He grinned. Graham and Landon boys echoed his words.

"And buy something to eat in 'The Three Broomsticks'." Cassius' voice held strictness to it.

"I'm not hungry. I'll eat when I come back." Callisto just waved him off.

"You don't know when you'll be back. And you over slept breakfast today and had no lunch yesterday. You either buy something or I'll force you to stay here and eat before you go on a date." She knew there was no room for arguing when Cassius looked at her like that. Brow arched and mouth in a thin line.
