A/N Hi, everyone! I'm sorry I didn't update last week. I started a summer job and I worked a 10 hours long night shift, so I had no time to write. Half of my day was spent working and the other half sleeping. I'm really sorry, but now that the night shift is over I'll go back to posting normally. I hope you understand. Love you.

Callisto quickly slipped into Lupin's office. Two piles of parchments immediately caught her attention. Snape had placed them in the center of the table. One pile was from her class and one from Draco's. Landon once again offered to help her with this but she turned him down.

She wasn't sure if that was the best decision. She didn't know when or if Lupin will come to his office. She only knew this needed to be just quick in-and-out situation. Callisto grabbed both piles and simply shoved them in her bag.

The door creaked and Callisto spun around quickly. Her school bag was still halfway open, some of the parchments poking out of it. Lupin has been as surprised as her. He halted in his steps. Surprise then turned into confusion.

Callisto cursed internally. She should've let Landon keep watch at the very least. But it was lunch time and she figured Lupin would be in the Great Hall.

"Miss Malfoy? What are you doing here?" Lupin looked at the desk behind her. "There should be homework Professor Snape has assigned in my absence. Where is it?"

Callisto composed her face and voice. "I took it." She said and before Lupin could even utter a word continued. "Professor Snape sent me to get it. He has been informed by the Headmaster that he had no authority giving any assignments since he does not teach this subject. Therefore, the grade we got would mean nothing and so there is no need to grade them at all."

"And why wasn't Professor Snape the one to tell me that?" Lupin asked, full of suspicion.

"He can get... a little too prideful about some things. This is one of them. The authority he had over us in your class has been, in certain way, taken away from him. So he didn't want to confront you himself. I reckon that wouldn't be a pleasant interaction anyway."

Lupin looked torn between whether or not he should believe her. Callisto put faith in her lying skills. This was well played and not so impossible lie. She let her lips curve up slightly to make herself look innocent.

Lupin held out his hand. "Let me see those assignments."

"Professor, if you don't trust me you can just ask the Headmaster himself. Or even Professor Snape if you want to. I have nothing to hide." Callisto bluffed.

But Lupin seemed adamant on not giving in so easily. And Callisto noticed it. "I was absent for the past few days, Miss Malfoy. I was..."

"Too busy turning into werewolf?" She arched a brow at him with deadpan expression on her face.

This took Remus by surprise. He chuckled awkwardly and played with his fingers. "Miss Malfoy, where did a conclusion like that come from?"

"Professor, let's skip this part. I already figured it out."

Remus gave up after that. He knew better than to underestimate someone's cleverness. "How did you find out?"

"The only thing about lycanthropy that you are actively trying to hide is the transformation itself. The symptoms before and after are transparent. One only needs a little bit of knowledge and observant eye to see it."

"Miss Malfoy..." Remus didn't know how to ask of her not to tell other students.

Callisto read his mind and answered before he formed a full sentence. "Your condition is irrelevant to my education. Your teaching skills, on the other hand, are relevant. And thus far, you've been more than adequate professor. So, as long as you don't go around killing people I care about, I will pretend I know nothing."
