The closer the O.W.Ls were the more stress was put on the fifth year students. With only a month to go, more and more students were reaching their burn-out point. Even Fred and George, who put the least effort possible the whole school year, have taken their studying more seriously in the past month. With their mind made up about the joke shop, they only focused on few subjects.

"Why is there theory on Charms O.W.L?" Fred complained as he flipped through one of Charms textbooks. "It would mean nothing if you can't conjure a spell in person. Answering a bunch of questions for two hours is pointless. There should only be practical exam for most of subjects."

"I don't think they want us to pass that easily, Freddie." George commented.

Fred groaned, letting his head fall on the table. He and George opted to study outside, rather than going to suffocating and overflowing library. Lee on the other hand went up to their dormitory. Their friend was never able to focus when studying in group. Fred closed his eyes as warm sunrays caressed his face.

"We've been studying for forty minutes and you're already tired?" George chuckled.

Fred straightened up as is George gravely offended him. "We've also done nothing but study for the past three days. I don't think I ever spent this much time studying as I did the past month. We haven't pranked anyone in three days, Georgie. Do you not hear how wrong that sounds?"

George laughed. "We can always pull a prank or two tonight." He winked.

"That's what I like to hear." Fred smirked.

"What are you two doing?" Percy asked, approaching them with his girlfriend Penelope. "Are you studying?" His face confronted into one of confusion.

"No, we're doing research so we can put our plan for world domination in motion." Fred dead panned, starring at Percy with annoyed expression.

"That would make more sense than you actually studying."

"Is there something you needed to tell us, Percy?" George asked. "Apart from these stupid questions."

"Nothing, I was just passing by." Percy shrugged. "Penelope and I took a little break from all that revising for N.E.W.Ts."

"And you chose to spend that break by pestering us?" Fred raised his eyebrow. "For Godric's sake, Percy, go and actually spend time with your girlfriend before she gets bored of you. Honestly, if I didn't know that you had almost no money, I'd wonder if you were paying her to pretend to be your girlfriend." He turned to Penelope. "I mean no offence. I just know how annoying and boring he is."

"He's not that bad." Penelope smiled teasingly at Percy.

George surprised chuckles. "Sure. If it weren't for the fact that you nearly traumatized Ginny last year with your snogging, I'd think he struck a deal with you. Something like, he'll do your homework if you walk around the Hogwarts with him for an hour. I'd honestly choose homework, but to each their own."

"With brothers like you, I don't need enemies." Percy shook his head. "Anyway, does all of this" He gestured to pile books on the table. "means you two finally came to your senses?"

"What senses?" Fred asked.

"You finally let go of that joke shop nonsense?"

"We didn't let go of anything." George glared at him.

"Only you and mum see that as nonsense." Fred turned away from him angrily.

"You can't put your whole faith into that." Percy argued with the twins.
