Chapter 8- Dealer

Nai's Pov

I woke up in this unfamiliar place until I realized I was in Chapins house but to be honest all I could think about was him helping me last night.

Why would he do that? I mean we're supposed to hate each other, Right?

Honestly I could careless if he helped me I hate him and that's the end of it. I was gonna fall back asleep when I heard a knock on the door.

"Good morning Nairobi I made u breakfast downstairs, Come join us" I heard Chapin's mom say politely to me. Ugh I have to keep up the nice girl act again.

"Oh Thank you but no thanks I should really get going back to my house my mom must be worried sick for me" I say to her in a nice tone of voice to seem like I'm all sweet as if I really was.

"Oh please let me give you a ride home it is freezing cold outside I wouldn't want u to walk out there and freeze to death" She says laughing at the end and I matched her energy and laughed too

"No really thank you for the offer but I can walk home" I say getting up and getting my things

"Oh are you sure? Please let me take you home or if you prefer I can ask Chapin to take you?"

Ugh Chapin is the LAST person I want to see right now at 9:30 in the morning.

"Please Mrs. Bronx I can take myself home I live not too far away from here I can walk but thank you for worrying" I say to her trying to desperately leave the room

"Oh ok well I hope you get home safe and Nairobi it's Veronica but you can call me Vero" she said to sweetly and I smiled at her and I told her

"Your name is beautiful and also you can call Nai" I said to her

"Ok Nai well I hope you get home safe bye"

"Bye" I said to her

I went down the stairs and finally came across the front door. I went to open it when I heard

"Nai?" I turn around and it's Chapin in his plain black oversized shirt and dark blue baggy jeans with chains hanging around his waist.

"I really don't have time Chapin I need to go back home and sort out my mess but thank you for letting me crash here for the night, I guess I appreciate it"

I opened and the door and ran out of there because I really do need to sort my family drama out right now.

45 minutes later..

I finally got home and I was dying. I opened the door and as always met with beers everywhere. My dad wasn't here and Finn was sleeping and I didn't want to wake him up. All of my money was gone.

I wanted to scream but I had to hold it in, instead I waited until it was 8:45 at night to go to nearest bar and started dealing to some old men that were coming out. Until I saw someone I knew.

It was Katherine Johnson you know the girl that invited me to that party I slapped Chapin at? The girl who is a scammer? yeah well she came out of the bar and I knew I was screwed. I immediately tried to run but of course she saw me and gasped

"NAIROBI MODERN YOUR A DEALER?" She said out loud and with some of her friends

Well shit

"Yeah you know some of us has to make money but knowing you all you have to do is say please daddy and you get whatever you want just like the spoiled rich bitch that you are" I said to her giving her a disgusted look but of course knowing her she threatened me

"I don't think you want to say that shit to me unless you want me to report your ass to the police station and say that your a drug dealer" She said to me and I lost my cool and I sucker punched her in the face

Her nose started bleeding and I know it was about to get physical as if it wasn't already .

"Oh now you done fucked up you dump bitch" and just as I expected we started fighting and her friends started recording it.

Fuck everyone in this stupid ass town...
