After two days in the hospital, I found myself heading to Jiwoo's house. I have no idea how I was kidnapped and held hostage in Shinhwa's company car, but here I am.
Oh yeah, the Union decided to bring me to the World Awakened Academy. Well, I got a choice and I said yes. Is it a stupid decision for me, an ex member of frame that just arrived to Korea, to go to yet another country with a bunch of powerful people? Probably. But I want to fight those students and win.
When we get to the door, I felt a massive surge of...cats? Holy. "Gosh Jiwoo, I know you love cats but why so many?" I asked.
"They're mostly all strays haha," Jiwoo said.
Strangely, the fat yellow cat and white cat are sitting like humans on his couch.
Disturbing.
I squat down and pet the cat that was rubbing on my leg. "I've never seen pet cats before I met you." I muttered.
"What?? Not even one?" Jiwoo asked in surprise.
I shake my head, still petting the cat. "I've seen a couple awakened animals in battle at the Frame, but I'm not allowed to just go outside so no."
I noticed Jiwoo having a glum expression in his face.
"I-I mean you know because of the whole secret thing. It would be bad if I were to be seen in public." I stammered.
"Oh.." Jiwoo said, with a "I pity you" look.
Sigh. "Okay I snuck out a few times, so there's that." I said.
"Ah, where'd you go?" Jiwoo asked.
I close my eyes and try to remember.
"I have no idea. It was so cold that I went back inside."
