It was everyone's favourite time of the week. Monday morning. Oh the joys. I rolled out of bed literally and onto my hands and knees and just plopped onto the floor and the door opened.

"Eryn up" My dad ordered. I rolled my eyes and groaned and gradually came onto my feet. I looked around my bare room the only thing there was my bed and the odd few things that I needed like brush, a bit of make up and hair stuff and a few sets of clothes. I quickly changed into my uniform and put on my shoes and put my hair into a pony with a tiny amount of makeup slapped onto my face. I rubbed my eyes and looked in the mirror. Shit, I had only gone and smudged the mascara. I wiped it off and reapplied trudging down the stairs.

"Good morning, love how was your sleep?" My mum said cheerfully.

"Good it would have been nicer if I didn't have to wake up early." I said. "Why you so cheerful?" I asked noticing her unusual perkiness.

"You'll find out later oh and by the way this is the last time we will be seeing this house so the driver will pick you up later and take you to our new house" she beamed. No wonder all my room and the house was packed up. How could I have been so unaware of the situation.

"Is that the reason you're happy" I yawned.

"Partly but I'll tell you the rest later" she smiled. I nodded and headed to the door.

"Oh and before I forget would you be able to make it to school to day for 1:30 because my art class is having a revealing or whatever and all parents are going. Victoria and David will be there" I said. She smiled.

"Of course darling, 1:30 it is" I nodded and continued walking out the front door.

I need coffee.

I walked to the closest coffee shop and order just a plain coffee just to wake me up a little and put me in a good mood. The best mood you can be in going to school anyway.

"Let me pay for that" a voice said from behind me. I turned to see who it was.

"Oh hey Adam, no no it's fine I can pay myself"

"No, I'll pay what is it like $2 " I nodded. "I'll have the same" he said to the barrister. We gave her our name and she gave a fake smile and walked to the machine and started making coffee. "You excited for the big reveal" he asked. I shrugged.

"I'm not that much into art so I don't really care to be honest. I know I should but I don't"

"Your partner was Brooklyn right?" I nodded. "I bet he was fun to edit"

"He was okay I guess. I only made a collage as I said I'm no good at art"

"oh yeah" he smiled a little. "Coffee for Adam and Eryn"

"Ye" she handed us the coffee and we began the long treacherous walk to school. We headed towards the shortcut as the coffee stop took longer than intention. We arrived at the bottom of the hill and I mentally cussed at it.

"We can do this" Adam said laughing grabbing my hand. I giggled. "You should giggle more often it's cute"

"Oh you're such a flirt first buying a girl coffee and then complimenting her"

"Well there's a lot more where that came from" he winked.

"What are you saying"

"Would you like to hang out sometime just me and you" He said. This caught me by surprise I only thought he was joking around with me not being serious.

"Ermm...ye sure why not?"

"It's a date" he chuckled making me smile.

We made it over the hill in one piece and towards home room. Adam went to the loo and as I was walking I bumped into Danny the Devil. See what I did there
