Y/n POV
We had landed in District 8, and it was really grey. "Move out" I hear Boggs say over the engine of the aircraft. We all follow him out and to meet a woman in a purple tank top, with her hair wrapped in a yellow scarf.
"You two are alive then, we weren't sure" she said looking at me and Katniss. "Katniss, Y/n meet commander Paylor" Boggs says and continues on "they're still healing but they insisted on coming out to see some of your injured."
She nods "we've got plenty of those". She led us to what looked like a warehouse that didn't have doors, so they used a plastic instead. We walked in and saw many dead bodies, many of them had bloody wounds.
"We have a mass graveyard a few blocks west, but I can't spare the manpower" commander Paylor says.
she points to another plastic curtain and says "the hospital's past there, any hope you can give them is good. The Capitol has done everything they could to break us."
