Ask The Outsiders (DISCONTINUED)

Life update! It has been a while!(8/14/2023)

Wow! Hello everyone! This has been a very long time since I have been on Wattpad. After almost three years of trying to get my account back, I finally am able to access it again. I was thinking the other day how much I missed being on here, writing, and interacting with you all! I have not thought about The Outsiders in quite a while, but I will most likely get back to this book in sometime or another. Since it is still one of my favorite books I have ever read and I still enjoy watching the movie from time to time. I truly appreciate the love and support I have received for this book. It means a lot to me since I never thought so many people would enjoy it! So thank you so much for that!

So here's what's been going on since you all last heard from me.

- I graduated high school in 2020(yes, I am a Covid graduate...but we don't talk about that)

- I got my driver's license (3 years ago last Friday to be exact)

- I am in college now! I also changed my major five times now but now I know what career path I want to go down the route of! I'm also going into my junior year of college. I know what you're thinking, "why are you a junior if you graduated in 2020?" Well, I took a gap semester back in the spring semester of 2022. My grades were slipping and I needed a break, and I went back in fall of 2022. Figured out what I really wanted to do as a career and also started focusing on myself. It was the best decision I ever made. Even though my parents weren't too happy about it at first, but they knew I didn't drop out so that's good I guess?

- I started to learn how to become more mature and take self care and mental health really seriously with myself. It's so important.

- I suffered through heartbreak before from guys, but back in February of 2021, I experienced the worst heartbreak I have ever experienced with a guy. This dude I had loved since middle school, and he hurt me so bad my grades started to slip, I isolated myself, that's when the self love and self care journey truly began. So I think the heartbreak he caused for me, was part of my growth journey. I still care for him as a friend and I wish him the best, even though we don't talk much anymore.

I understand if everyone who has read my book has moved on, but I hope you are all doing well. My mutuals, and new members of the fandom! I think it's really exciting how much the outsiders impacts new people every single year, as it did for 13 year old me.
