[NEXT DAY—SEPTEMBER 05, 2022 ]
⎯⎯ ୨CLEMENTINE'S ୧ ⎯⎯
"Clementine noona, Kenji Managernim asked me to wake you up" he muttered, and I was jolted awake by EJ, who was shaking me.
"OK, I'll be outside in a minute. Thank you, Ej" He nodded and exited the room.
When I attempted to get up and sit up, I felt a weight on my waist and turned around to see Harua, who was still fast asleep. I recalled what had happened earlier this morning.
I hope that once you're ready, you can tell me what has been bothering you
I sat up on the bed after carefully removing his arms. I stood up after securing my hair in a messy low bun and went back to my room to get ready for the day. I went directly to the kitchen after getting ready and decided to make some quick breakfast for all of us before we left for work. I decided to make us cheese omelette and a breakfast burrito in response to the boys' request. While I waited for the food to cook, I blended a protein shake for myself and drank it right away.
While I was finishing up the burrito, someone unexpectedly back hugged me, causing me to startle slightly in surprise. I looked around to see Nicholas who's pouting while looking at me.
"How come you slept in the same bed as Harua? If I recall correctly, you fell asleep in your own bed" Nicholas asked his brow furrowed.
" It's because he asked me to, and I can't bear the thought of saying no to him. Why? Is it harmful?" I asked as to why he was acting strangely.
"n-no, no, it's not....I was just curious, that's all," he said as he sat down on the dining chair, avoiding eye contact with me.
That guy is envious. His ego is too big to accept that, aigoo...
"You know, you can just ask if you want to sleep beside me. It's not a big deal considering we're soulmates" I said as a matter-of-fact.
"Really?" His eyes lit up for a moment.
"Hmm" I hummed in response.
"Boys! Come and eat breakfast before we leave, " I yelled loudly, and everyone came to the dining table and began eating. I took a fork and chopped the omelette into bite-size pieces, which I fed to Yuma, who was sitting next to me.
"Hey, why does Yuma get to—" I immediately offer him a bit of the omelette to stop K from whining.
"Eat up, boys, we'll be leaving in 15 minutes," Manager Elian stated, prompting the boys to concentrate only on their food.
