Battle Between Races (FWKHR Book 3)

It was a week after the engagement banquet and everything seemed to be peaceful and calm. Cielo and his guardians were hosting a game night in the game room of the palace with some of the servants and children from the orphanage. Cielo asked for a group of children to come to the castle each night and return the next day.

Some of the children were enrolled in Namimory Flames Academy, while a school was built for the regular ones. After school they were organized into groups and sent to the castle where they can do activities with Cielo and his guardians.

Tonight was an ordinary game night and everyone was enjoying themselves. Cielo was at a game booth where he helped the younger children shoot the target and win plush toys for them.

Takeshi was helping others catch gold fish from a small pool. Hayato was playing wack a mole with another set. Mukuro and Chrome were in a virtual reality game with the children. Ryohei was lifting and hitting the hammer with another set to test strength and compete with the high score. Lambo and Futta were playing monopoly with the others. 

As for Kyoya He was sitting at the coin booth. He was in charge to give away coins for the various games and claw machines depending on how much games each person played and how much points they got. Bianchi on the other hand was in charge of the food court , serving refreshments.

In the middle of the night when the clock tolled midnight and signaling the end of game night the entire supreme realm shook once then stopped abruptly. Cielo teleported to the highest tower of the castle and looked at the sky.  His eyes reached the furthest part of the galaxy where something came from the void.

He then reappeared on the bridge and opened the portal that was now linked to all the portals in the human world. He then waved his hand casually and instantly the entire supreme realm was lit up by millions of floating lanterns. These lanterns would light the way for the humans after entering the realm.

After doing that he summoned his guardians, including Futta and Bianchi and left the supreme realm together. Their group of ten appeared in Italy's capital.

The sky immediately caught their attention. When the world shook it was the human world that was affected the most. There were blazing meteors that were in outer space rapidly approaching the earth.

The shaking awoke everyone and after looking out and seeing the approaching meteors this caused a widespread panic and chaos. The natural disasters such as earthquake, volcano eruption, tsunami, tornadoes, and typhoons all around the globe created an even greater pandemonium.

The cracks that also appeared in the void was the barrier between the human world, the monster zones, and the demon realm gradually disappearing. 

" Guys we will be busy during this. As for me I will  be occupied with a different task so we won't meet up soon. Stay safe, and if you can please keep an eye on Sawada Ieyoshi.", Cielo stated in a serious tone.

" Understood!", the others chorused and disappeared  into the night. Cielo activated his flames and both his iris lit up like rainbows with the nine colors of his flames.

Taking a deep breath he opened his mouth and his voice was projected to all corners of the globe, " This is Cielo the Emperor of the Supreme Realm. This is the start of the second great war between the races.

" There is no need to panic, humans are generally weak so you have the leaders of the Human kingdoms as protectors. There is no one more qualified than them to protect you. I on the other hand is here to send you to a safe place, the Supreme Realm."

" To everyone that will be participating in this war, I am sure you all know the coordinates of the ancient battlefield in the void, this battle is not allowed to be fought on the planet. This is the rule that cannot be broken."

" Also, to make this fair I, the only one of my race, will not participate in this battle or take the side of any race. I am only here to bring the civilians to my realm. However, there is a variable, if the king of the netherworld decides to interfere I will also."

Everyone, be it humans, monsters, or demons, they all heard his message. Cielo teleported and his next destination was the moon. Sitting on the moon cross legged he closed his eyes. Cielo hid his presence meaning no one can find him here, and no one would think to look here.

With no time to spare he activated all his flames at once and connected to the supreme realm. The supreme realm will provide him with power to sustain all his flames for a long time without being over exerted. Cielo's night flames stopped all the meteors and redirected them to the further parts of space.

His night flames also created smaller portals leading to the supreme realm.

His cloud flames created clones of himself to point the people to portals. His rain flames controlled the element of water stopping the volcano eruptions and freezing  them in a thick layer of ice, also stopping the tsunamis. His sun flames appeared as spots of yellow lights entering the body of the injured and healing their wounds. His mist flames were recreating the barrier between the human world, demon realm, and monster zones.

With most natural disasters under control the earth stopped shaking and most of the humans were already inside the supreme realm. The teachers from the academy were directing the arrivers to bases that were already arranged in the realm, before setting off with headmaster and the students that were going to the ancient battlefield. 

While Cielo alone repaired the earth and kept balance between all realms, the leaders of the human world were all gathering and heading towards the ancient battlefield.

In the void with no fixed coordinates the ancient battlefield stood quietly like an ominous beast. It was a dimension with red sky and a huge red moon that illuminated it, the red light washed the broken land and seas in red giving it the appearance as if it was covered in blood.
