* bzzz bzzz bzzz* "Incoming Call from Ada." I say to myself. I wasn't gonna be a bitch about the situation, so I picked up.
"Hello?" I say into the phone while leaning back on my bed.
"Y/N! YOU ANSWERED! N/n I'm so so sorry I didn't mean to embarrass you, I swear I will never ever speak of your crush again...at least not out loud!" Ada rambled.
I giggled. "Ada it's okay, I know you didn't mean to say it that loud. Besides, things between me and Bill aren't so awkward anymore. I got detention earlier and ran into him while I was getting my slip. We actually had a decent conversation." I said cheerfully.
"REALLY?!" Ada screeched.
"Yes really, he's actually really sweet." I replied while smiling. Should I tell her about the ring? She is my best friend...she deserves to know.
"He gave me something." I said quickly. I heard Ada inhale.
"What'd he give you?" She asked excitedly.
"I'll send you a pic, I'll call you back in a sec!" I said while ending the call. I stuck the skull ring on my middle finger and flipped off the camera.
I smirked then sent it to ada. I really Hope she can see it well, flip phones usually don't take the best pictures.
Not even two seconds after sending the picture my phone started buzzing again. "That was quick." I laughed and picked up.
"HE GAVE YOU A RING?!" She screamed. "YOU GUYS ARE BASICALLY MARRIED!" She screeched.
I laughed at her silliness. "He only gave it to me because I said it was pretty. He said it would compliment my outfit, and then he slipped it on my finger. I tried to give it back but he insisted that I should keep it." I said while laying on my stomach.
Talking about my interaction with Bill just made me want to kick my feet and screech into a pillow like a 7th grader.
"That's adorable! I cant believe you're just telling me this. You should've told me this the second that it happened!" Ada laughed.
I smiled, then looked down at the ring. "I'll tell you more about it tomorrow. We should skip first period again! I'll see you tomorrow, love you Ada!" I said into the phone then ended the call.
I looked back down at the ring and started fidgeting with the rhinestones.

"Maybe I should text him?" I thought to myself. What's the worst that could happen!
I clicked on Bills number and started typing a message. "He already replied? That was fast." I said to myself while looking down at my phone.

After texting bill, my heart was fluttering. "I can't believe that I grew the balls to actually text him." I laughed to myself.
I placed my phone down on my nightstand, and turned off my light. There was one question floating around in my head. "Does he like me too?" I thought.
It was kind of stupid to think that he did. I seriously have to stop shutting myself down.
As I stared at my ceiling, I felt a pit in my stomach. I completely forgot that Tom knows about my crush on Bill.
"Shit." I whispered to myself.
I think I was just overthinking. Tom wouldn't tell Bill, would he? But he's his brother, of course he would tell him.
I sighed and closed my eyes. "You know what, I'll just ask Tom about it tomorrow, Bills gonna find out eventually." I thought to myself.
For now, I should just try to not make it a big deal. As my covers swallowed my body, I started to doze off to sleep.
————————————————————————— Before I fell asleep, I remembered holding onto the ring. The cold metal and the thoughts off Bill caused me to fall into a deep sleep.
