Reader's Perspective:
The students pass through the familiar entrance gate and find themselves in a hall. They go through another door.
Kageyama's POV:
We enter a hall. There are five tables. Hinata is standing next to me. As usual, he's fascinated by the floating lights. Banners from the houses hang everywhere. At the other end of the hall, there's a podium. On the right side of the hall, there's a slightly smaller table, the teacher's table. In front of the podium, there are four large tables. We nod briefly to Kotaro Bokuto at the Fukuroudani table and then sit down next to Enoshita and a blond girl I don't know at the Karasuno table.
Reader's Perspective:
The first-year students stand in front of a door leading to the hall.
"Your classmates are sitting in there," an old teacher begins. "The selection ceremony will begin shortly. While you're here, your house is like your family. If you achieve exceptional performance, your house gains points. If you break the school rules, points will be deducted. The house with the most points at the end of the year wins the House Cup. The houses are: Karasuno, Nekoma, Fukuroudani, Inarizaki, and Shiratorizawa. Each of you will stand in a magical circle on the floor. In front of you are five large stone blocks. One of them will break apart. The animal that emerges will determine your house. If a crow emerges, it's Karasuno. A fox is Inarizaki. If it's a cat, it's Nekoma. Fukuroudani is your house if an owl emerges, and Shiratorizawa if an eagle emerges. Additionally, your houses will be announced by the headmaster once they're determined. You'll then proceed to your house tables, which you'll recognize by the signs on them. Ready?"
The teacher looks around with a questioning glance.
"Then let's go," she says and opens the door to the hall.
Hogwarts
Reader's Perspective:
Ron and Harry disembark from the carriages with Hermione. They walk through the grand entrance.
Harry's POV:
We enter the Great Hall. Ron is beside me. The four house tables are set up as usual in front of the teacher's table and the podium. The chair for the Sorting Hat is already there. Floating candles are as usual. We nod to Hagrid briefly and then go to the Gryffindor table, taking seats next to Fred and George Weasley.
Reader's Perspective:
The first-year students stand before the Great Hall. Minerva McGonagall begins to explain:
"Your classmates are inside there. The sorting ceremony will begin shortly. While you're here, your house is like your family. If you achieve exceptional performance, your house gains points. If you break the school rules, points will be deducted. The house with the most points at the end wins the House Cup. The houses are: Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff, and Slytherin. You'll sit on a chair, and then I'll place the Sorting Hat on your head. It will announce your house. After that, you'll take your place with your classmates at your house table. Follow me!"
Professor McGonagall opens the door to the Great Hall.
Butaibo
Hinata's POV:
The first-year students enter the hall. There are more of them than usual. I estimate around a hundred. They line up in a row. The first boy steps into the magical circle, and the stone in the center breaks apart, revealing an owl.
"Fukuroudani!" the principal's voice is heard. The boy walks briskly to the applauding table.
Hogwarts
Ron's POV:
The first-year students enter the Great Hall. Some of the approximately two hundred students are left in awe, mouths agape. They reach the steps before the chair with the Sorting Hat and stop. McGonagall takes out a list.
"Colin Creevey!" is the first name she calls.
The older woman places the Sorting Hat on him.
"Gryffindor!"
A smile spreads across the young boy's face before he walks over to our table.
Butaibo
Sugawaras POV:
By now, about fifteen students have been sorted into Karasuno. Now, a girl steps into the circle. She, too, is sorted into Karasuno. She takes a seat next to me and smiles briefly before turning her attention back to the sorting ceremony.
Hogwarts
Hermione's POV:
Of the two hundred students, about forty are still standing at the front. Forty have already been sorted into Gryffindor.
"Ginny Weasley!"
"That's my little sister!" Ron exclaims excitedly.
"We know!" his best friend replies slightly annoyed.
Ron playfully gives Harry a light punch as Ginny's house is announced.
She, too, is sorted into Gryffindor. She sits down between Ron and me with a grin before turning her focus back to the sorting ceremony.
Butaibo
Reader's Perspective:
Now that everyone has been sorted into their houses, the headmaster raises his voice.
"Welcome to a new school year at Butaibo."
Hogwarts
Reader's Perspective:
"As is the tradition each year, there will also be Quidditch matches this year," Albus Dumbledore announces.
Butaibo
Reader's Perspective:
"But this year, things will be different."
Hogwarts
Reader's Perspective:
"You will be supervised by real professionals who will select the top five of you and send them to Butaibo for a year."
Butaibo
Reader's Perspective:
The four judges are two Japanese and two English professionals.
Hogwarts
Reader's Perspective:
"You will be supervised by none other than Viktor Krum, Gwenog Jones..."
Butaibo
Reader's Perspective:
"...Coach Ukai and Coach Washijo.
Hogwarts and Butaibo
Reader's Perspective:
"Butaibo/Hogwarts is a Japanese/English wizarding school. I wish you all the best."
Hogwarts
Reader's Perspective:
"The first game will take place in the middle of next month. It will be Ravenclaw against Slytherin. This year, there will also be practice matches, as professionals will be watching. The practice matches will be organized by the Quidditch captains. Enjoy your meal and good luck in the school year."
Dumbledore sits back down.
Butaibo
Reader's Perspective:
"The first game will take place at the end of next month. Let's let the goblet decide who plays."
The 'goblet' is a vessel containing slips of paper with the house names. Two slips are drawn, and the two houses selected will play against each other. The headmaster retrieves two slips.
"The first game is... Fukuroudani against Karasuno! For the first time this year, there will also be training matches, as professionals will be watching. The Quidditch captains will organize the training matches. Enjoy your meal and good luck in the school year."

I know that Ron and Harry came by car in their second year and viktor krum isn't english, but that wouldn't have fit then. :)
