Maiah's POV
What is he doing? Oh my god.
"Hi Maiah." He said smiling. I grabbed Vic's hand and he squeezed it.
"Hi?" I said back.
"Now, it's either I kill him or he kills himself. His choice." He said smiling.
I began to cry and hugged Vic.
"I'll do it." He said grabbing the knife, going to the knife drawer grabbing a bigger one with a huge handle.
"Perfect." My dad said. Vic gave me a kiss before stabbing himself in the chest, over his heart. I got on the floor and blood was all over where he stabbed himself. I kept kissing his face and telling him to wake up. My dad stood there laughing.
"You. You did this to me! He was my everything! My best friend! He is the most important thing in my life and you made him kill himself! I hate you!" I yelled
"Yup. He did a great job at it too." He winked and walked out to the living room. My mom walked in gasped, and apparently divorced, and kicked my dad out. He was pissed but left, after grabbing all of his stuff. I looked at Vic and kissed his lips and I felt something. He kissed back. I immediately pulled back and looked at him. My mom walked in and looked at me.
"H-he kissed me back." I said.
"That's impossible... He's dead." She said as caring as she could.
"I don't think so. I felt him kiss back." She shook her head and left. I kissed him again, same thing. What the?
I started crying knowing it was my imagination. I wrapped my arms around him and cried. He wrapped his around me and I didn't even care I kept crying. I stopped crying and looked at him. His eyes were open and full of tears.
"Vic?" I asked feeling happier.
"Yes?" He said.
"How did you do that?" I said feeling happier.
"I knew he would do this someday, don't ask me how, and I hid a fake knife in the drawer. See." He ripped it out of his chest and stabbed it in again. I flinched but he pulled me in a hug. "I wouldn't give up that easily, Maiah." I nodded and gave him a kiss. We stood up and walked to my mom, in my room.
"He's alive!?" She yelled in shock. I nodded and he wrapped his arm around me. "Good. That man is crazy." I nodded and Vic gave me a kiss on the cheek. "I'll leave you two alone." With that she left. I'm glad my dad Is gone, and my mom is nice. He pulled me on the bed and slid me on my lap. He put his chin on my head and I closed my eyes. I can't believe I almost lost him. The worst day of my life is today. I turned a faced him, wrapping my legs around his waist and my arms around his neck. He wrapped his arms around my waist, pulling me closer. We pressed our foreheads together.
"I can't believe I almost lost you." I said quietly, only he could hear.
"I know. I won't give up that easily. I would at least put up a fight." He said quieter than me. I kissed his lips lightly and looked into his eyes.
"I love you." I said.
"I love you too." He said pulling me closer. He leaned in, kissed me, and pulled me back on top of him. We were called down for dinner a few minutes after we started cuddling.
Vic's POV
I can't believe how much she would miss me. I mean I would miss her a lot too but she would like really miss me. It made me feel good. We walked downstairs for dinner, arm wrapped around Maiah, to the table. We ate and went upstairs, to cuddle again. We got into her bed and I wrapped my arms around her, pulling her to me. She buried her face in my chest. I kissed her head and fell asleep.

I woke up and it was bright. Maiah was right at my side. I sighed in relief and pulled her closer, careful not to wake her. Her eyes fluttered open and straight into mine.
"Good morning baby." I said kissing her cheek.
"Hi. I loooooooovvvvvvveeeeee yoooouuu!" She said wrapping her arms tightly around me.
"I love you too babe." I kissed her again on the lips this time. After a few seconds we were interrupted by the door opening. I turned and it was the last person I wanted to see.
