Chapter 39

Hayley's POV

Vic doesn't think he can get rid of me that easily, does he? Well if he thinks I'm gone for good than he's wrong. I'm not going to stop until he's mine and then he's miserable without that Maiah bitch. Then I'm going to dump his sorry ass and move on to the next person that has a relationship that seems unbreakable. Jaime and Olivia. I'll obviously make Jaime want me.

I walked back to where Maiah and Vic were, even though everyone was yelling at me saying I can't be here.

"Vic?" I walked into the room and things looked like they were going well. Not for long.

"I told you to leave, Hayley." He said angrily.

"Why would I leave? You're my boyfriend." Maiah then pushed Vic away from her and crossed her arms over her chest, while glaring at him. I smirked and waited for Vic to answer.

"We were never fucking dating! But if it helps you sleep at night, we're breaking up. I don't understand why you can't leave us alone! There are plenty of fish in the sea but these fish are taken. Leave us alone, god dammit." He yelled angrily.

"Vic, baby, this isn't even the worst of it." I laughed and walked out of the room.

Vic's POV

Now Hayley is on my "kill first" list. Just kidding. Maybe.

"Maiah, we never dated so I have no idea why she keeps saying that. I promise, we're not dating." I explained trying to get her to stop being mad at me for no reason.

She sighed loudly. "I believe you."

"Thank you. I love you, Mai." I wrapped my arms around her.

"I love you too." She didn't move or hug me back so I'm guessing that she's sore or something.

"Let me see your wrists." She lifted her arm and I seen all of the cuts. I didn't get a good look at them when she was going to the hospital because they were covered in blood. But now that we're here, I wanted to see them.

"I'm sorry. I caused this, Hayley caused this, I caused this... I'm just really sorry." I said for only her to hear.

"You said that already. It's fine, okay? Everybody has their moments, right?" I love how she's so understanding.

"Yeah. I really love you. Are you still going to go home after you get back?"

"Yeah. I think that it's what's best for us. We both need some time away from each other, as awful as that sounds."

"I guess you're right. You need to get to bed, love." I kissed her forehead and wrapped my arms around her. She let out a long sigh and closed her eyes. After a few minutes she was asleep.

Quick A/N: I know I said that the tears and stuff will be in chapter 41 I think but now it's going to be in this chapter. Also, we aren't skipping years until I think next chapter.

~~When at home~~

Maiah's POV

I just came back from the Fuentes house, with my gorgeous daughter. I'm so glad to have her in my arms again.

I put her next to me in Vic and I's bed. She had to take a nap, according to Vivian. So, while I wait for her to wake up, I decided to check Instagram and stuff. I always check Vic's first, as stalkerish as it sounds. So, I went on his and I think my jaw almost fell through the bed, to the floor. I knew it. I knew it! Vic was cheating on me with Hayley. He said he wasn't but I knew something was up. I clicked on the picture and he actually looked drunk.

Piercethevic: With my awesome girlfriend! Hayley<3

Then I read some of the comments.

Perfdaveil: Awww I knew it would happen one day! So cute. :)

Piercetheveilsavedme: Umm what happened between you and Maiah? You're still wearing your wedding ring...

Then Vic responded to them.

Piercethevic: @piercetheveilsavedme I don't know who that is. I'm dating Hayley.

Co11idewiththesky: no you're not. I seen you a yesterday glaring at Hayley and you were with Maiah. You're drunk and you're not dating her. YOU'RE MARRIED!

I couldn't read anymore. I'm done. I don't care if it was a mistake, I'm done! He can marry Hayley, see if I care! I went over to the closet and packed up my things. I went around the house, collecting my belongings and finally, I left him a note. It was actually pretty long. I took my laptop and printed to picture out, since I mentioned it in the letter, and left it on the bed. I slid off my wedding ring and looked at it. It was beautiful, but I can't wear it since I'm not staying married to him anymore. Laid the ring on the picture and shook my head.

I picked up my sleeping daughter and our bags. I walked out to my car and placed Amanda in first before putting our bags in the car, and getting in the drivers seat. I put my forehead on the steering wheel and started crying. I knew that what I was doing is for the best, but I'm going to miss him. He cheated on me though! I lifted my head and started my car before driving to Vic's parents house.

I pulled into the driveway and quickly picked up Amanda before walking towards the front door. I knocked quietly and moments later Vivian appeared.

"Giving her back already?" She laughed. "What's wrong, dear? You've been crying, I can tell."

"Vic and I are no longer married. He cheated on my with Hayley. I can show you the picture." I pulled my phone out of my pocket and seen that Vic was my background. He was so happy. I shook my head and unlocked my phone. The picture was still on the screen so I just handed it to Viv and she shook her head.

"His girlfriend!? That's it. I'm calling him. He's going to be in big trouble. Please, come in." She walked out of the doorway and I stepped through and closed the door quietly, to make sure Amanda didn't wake up. I walked down the hall and went to Amanda's room and placed her in her bed, so she could have her nap. I walked out of the room and heard Viv screaming.

"Victor! You're in so much trouble!" She started. "What do you mean you don't know what happened?! Go on Instagram Victor! Don't bother with that! You already lost her! Goodbye." She slammed her phone on the table.

"Hey Viv do you mind watching Amanda for awhile? I need some time by myself. I'm going to my mom and then I think I'm going to visit Kellin."

"Sure no problem! I won't tell Vic where you are." I nodded and grabbed my bags before heading out the door. Hopefully my mom is home. If she's not I think I'm going to go straight to Kel.
