I came home and saw everyone present in the living room laughing and talking about something
I went inside and mom saw me
"Finally you are here beta , come sit with us" she told me and I obeyed her and sit beside Shivani She started looking at me weirdly and started coughing or more like fake coughing
"What happened to you" I asked her
"Aaj agr koi bhabi ko dekh leta toh vhi flat ho jata" (if someone will see ,Bhabi today then he will be flat on her) she said teasingly
"Shayad koi issi dar se humare saath nhi gy....hahaha" (maybe ,he was afraid of that and that's why didn't join us.....hahaha). Ranbir said
"Can you both please shut up and tell me what are you guys talking about" I asked them both Then I saw my mother coming from the kitchen with a plate of food
"Shhh both of you....let my son eat in peace......today I will feed you with my hands" mom said and started feeding me and I saw that she made my special sweet dish that is kheer
"Mom , I will eat kheer first" I took the bowl and started devouring it and OMG it's so delicious.....and I just can't stop myself eating it
"Ohooo koi toh abhi se bhabi ke haatho ke khane ka deewana hogya haii". (Ohhhhh......someone already likes the food made by bhabhi). Shivani said and I was shocked hearing that because it means mom didn't cook it , it's her
I stopped eating and look at her questioningly
"What do you mean by that" I asked her raising my eyebrows
"Bhai you forgot that today we went to meet bhabi and she cooked all the food and sent some for you............ someone is in loveeeeee" she said with a big smile on her face and clearing my doubt
"I am full" I said to them and left from there
What did she think of herself if she behaves like a good daughter-in- law she can have me then she is mistaken.........she wants to get married to me na...ohkay then I will show her , her place........she can never have me not in this lifetime......I will make sure to make her life a hell and make her regret the day she said yes to this marriage
I was lost in thoughts then someone knocked on the door........
"Yes" I say and my mom decided to show up
"What happened beta......why you came from ther like this.......beta please don't misunderstand her......she is really a pure soul.... She is not like you think of her.......you know when I first saw her I felt like she and only she is made for you and I want a daughter-in-law just like her..... .today I am so happy that my wish come true beta.........I just want you to never hurt her...she is like a delicate flower if you will shower her with love her she will grow.......she will come here leaving her family behind just for you and will try her best to adjust in the new environment and it's our duty to support her at every step and fullfill the voidness of her family.....I hope you are understanding what I am saying......just think about it once beta" she said trying to change my mind but I will never accept her no matter what
"Ohkay mom...I will think about it.........it's already so late I think you should sleep now" I said to assure her
"I am here to give you her photograph.....as we officially made her our daughter in law so you both can't see eachother till the marriage and let me know when you can come early in this week her parents wants to meed you and perform a ritual" she said
"Ohkay mom , I will figure out and then tell you" I told her And then she left after giving me a forehead kiss.... As soon as she leaves......I took the matchbox from the side table and burn that picture without taking it out from the envelope because I am in now way interested in looking a girl who is so good at acting and I don't understand what cast she spell on my family that everyone just praising her but from that I get to know one thing that she is really clever she knows how to get someone on her side
But she can't use these types of tactics in front of me. I am waiting desperately to show her , her place .....

I am currently in my office and just can't stop thinking about yesterday's event.....in just two days so much happened in my life......I don't know how will I deal with this marriage thing........
Suddenly someone smacked on my head and when I look there I found my bestfriend smiling widely.......
"So kiske khayalo me dubi ho madam"(In whose thoughts you are lost , madam). she asked me
"No one......why are you here btw" I asked her
"How mean you are meeting me after 2 whole days and don't even ask me how I am" she said dramatically
"Yeah, because I can very well see that you are perfectly fine......now don't waste my time and tell me what is it.....why are you here" I asked her
"Actually sir wanted you to handle the audit of PA textiles so here are the files and all the necessary documents you may need......and for something else you need you may reach out to me" she said handed over me the files and documents and left from there as someone called her
Did I tell you her name I guess no she is Shika raichand my only friend and knows all my dark secrets....she is such a pure soul I could ask for.......so understanding and always there for me..... supports me in every way possible atleast I can call her my friend.......my only friend with whom I can share everything......
After that I got engrossed in my work putting all the thoughts aside...............ahhh so much of work 😞
