The infamous Raven was a burglar that had been on the run from the police for several months now yet every time they seemed close to catching him, he'd slip away from them as swiftly as the night...he had never been seen by anybody yet and was very well known for his ability to steal from the absurdly rich without getting caught, leaving behind just a black Raven feather as a signature of his crimes... That is until one day he chooses the wrong victim...Enid Sinclair... She was a famous actress who was back in town, after years, filming her latest movie.
Raven had seen her face on every media out there, flashing a beautiful smile and wearing an even more beautiful diamond necklace...he had set his eyes on it so he watched over her for a couple of days and was sure it was an easy job...the necklace seemed to be a favorite to the actress since it hardly ever left her neck, only taking it off while she was filming or when she went to bed...during those times, she just set it in her jewelry box unguarded...welcoming even...
One night after a full day of filming and after having her routine mostly memorized Raven decides to strike. Enid would be sound asleep by around 2:00 am and that's when he'd slip in, grab the necklace and leave...little did he know that Ms. Sunshine and Rainbows was well aware of his intentions... So, as he sneaked into her apartment and silently lurked into her room, he was pinned down by a snarling wolf...
"Oomph..." Raven let out a huff of air as he hit the floor, the wolf massively looming over his face, teeth bearing, growling, its eyes glowing a bright yellow. "Hello..." he said with a charming smile as he reached for the knife in his boot...
The wolf slammed him down harder snapping at his hand with a loud clank of its teeth. "Very well, very well...I shall not move...you have got me..." Raven said, feigning surrender. The wolf glared at him, biting him between the neck and the shoulder, and sat him on a chair as it transformed back...
He didn't move, not because he couldn't but because he was mesmerized by such a beautiful creature as it gracefully transformed back into an even more beautiful, in person, Enid Sinclair.
"Give me ONE good reason I shouldn't call the police right now?!" Enid yelled at him as she wrapped her robe around herself.
Raven lowered his eyes to allow some sort of privacy for the actress. "I have done nothing wrong..." he answered back in a low voice.
"Hmm...I know who you are! You've been robbing everyone I know left and right and have the audacity to say you've done nothing wrong?!" She snickered at him.
"I have not...I have merely been taking things you do not really need to give to others who do actually need them." He said this crossing his legs relaxing into the chair and cradling his arm softly as his shoulder bled slowly. He really should be running off but there was something keeping him glued to his seat.
"Ah! So, you're telling me you're our very own Robin Hood?!" She fully laughed at his remark.
Raven lowered his head smirking, "I did not, but you did...and as much as I have loved this conversation, ma'am, I must be headed off..." he started to get up and was pushed back down by the shoulders with incredible force...he winced as he realized the place the wolf had bitten down on was not doing so great...
"Not so fast Raven, our chat isn't over...I'm calling the police and letting them know you're here..." She took her phone from her pocket and as she was about to dial, but she was pinned against the wall, a hand covering her mouth...
"Now, now, I am not one for unnecessary violence, torture perhaps but never to those who do not deserve it, so I shall be leaving, milady..." he said with a charmingly soft smile.
