Chapter 22

Alex's P.O.V
Zayn was sitting across from me just staring and smiling. I just shook my head. Kori was out with Ashton and from the snapchats I got she was having fun. I felt a hand on my shoulder and looked over to see Zayn.
"Babe I said your name and asked you the same question like 5 times." he said
"Oh sorry what did you say?" I said
"I asked if you wanted to get ice cream and rent movies."
"Oh yea alright that's fine let's do that."
He just shook his head and grabbed the car keys. We walked towards the car and got in. I just kept thinking about my plan to fix things I felt bad. I feel like he thinks I don't like him I mean I don't but why should I. He was creepy and kind of rude. How am I gonna fix this? Who can help me fix this? I just don't even know what I'm gonna do anymore. It's really hard to fix things between two people that you only know one and have no clue why they hate each other. I felt a tapping on my leg breaking my train of thoughts. I looked at Zayn who was asking what kind of ice cream I wanted.
"What have you been thinking so hard about." Zayn asked
"Oh nothing" I said casually. He glared at me knowing I was lying. I smiled innocently and he shook his head obviously getting angry.
"Okay okay" I said looking at him. "I've been thinking about Caspin and Kori. I don't understand why they hate each other or he hates her in other words. I want to fix it because I can see it's making her upset." He just looked at me and I noticed we were in my driveway.
"You can't fix everything." he screamed at me. Why was he acting like this it doesn't make sense. "But I can try" I yelled and got out storming inside. I slammed the door and watched him drive away.
"What are you doing" I heard a voice behind me. I screamed jumping and turned to find Braxton.
"WHAT THE HECK ARE YOU DOING AT MY HOUSE AND HOW DID YOU GET IN"
"Oh um I came to surprise you and see what you were doing and the door was unlocked" he said shrugging
"And you just thought you could walk in."
"Kind of I knocked like 60,000 times and no one answered so I walked in and now I'm talking to you" He said. I just shook my head looking at him. "so what do you wanna do since your in my house and my boyfriend ditched me?" I asked "let's go see a movie he said grabbing my hand.
"WAIT" I yelled. He turned to look at me "what"
I walked upstairs and put on jeans then walked downstairs.
"You had to change" he said rolling his eyes. I laughed and nodded as we walked out. When we got to the movies I was looking to see what movies were playing. We decided on Poltergeist. Braxton bought me candy and popcorn. And we walked in. When we did Braxton grabbed my hand and I got a weird tingly feeling when he did. I saw Kori and Ashton so I led Braxton over to them and sat down by Kori.
"What are you doing here with Braxton and not Zayn?" She whispered
I gave her the I'll tell you later look and she just nodded as the movie started.
After they movie we were talking about it. It really wasn't as scary as we thought but oh well. Ashton and Kori left and Braxton drove me home. I told him he could come in and we decided to watch a movie. Why did I get these tingly feelings with Braxton and not Zayn well not anymore anyways.
Braxton's P.O.V
I was staring down at her as she half watched the movie she looked up at me and that's when I did it. I kissed her. She kissed me back until the door opened to reveal Zayn and the boys.
