Percy's pov

Annabeth and I walked up the hill to Rachel's cave. The baby was due in two days but Rachel said it was important. Rachel burst out of the cave and hugged Annabeth, she looked like she was going to cry.

"What's going on?" I asked.

"Let me show you." Rachel replied in a shaky voice. She raised her hand and put one on each of our foreheads.

And a vision started.
The gods were in Olympus. Hera was standing up and my dad and Athena looked like they were about to kill her.
"What did you do to Annabeths son?" Athena asked as her face turned red with anger.
"Well, I'm not really sure you want to know, but if you insist. I gave him the gift of magic."
"What! He is not your son! He is my grandson." Poseidon yelled.
"Well, not all magic. He has a magical gift for fighting. He will be a strong fighter. I created some entertainment. I was getting bored."
"How is tormenting demigods children entertainment?" Zues asked, clearly frustrated.
"Because, it is. And if I need help now have a hacker, spy, and fighter all in one. It's a perfect gift. All the couple wants is a normal life. That may get that but they have to watch me do this to their son. Basically he's now a Ares/ Athena/ Poseidon/ Hera mix. It will be interesting. Oh and Rachel Dare Is showing them this conversation just so you know."
Zues stood up. "Athena and Posideon come with me. We will give real gifts to the baby boy to try to temper down Hera's curse. Apollo, Hermes, Hephastus, and Atemis make sure Hera stays here."

After that the vision ended. Annabeth was weeping and I couldn't hold back the tears.

"Hello, you saw all of that right?" We looked up to find our godly parents and Zues standing in front of us.

"My gift for the child is knowledge. Your son will be a legend at solving problems." Athena touched Annabeths stomach then disappeared.

"My gift is the gift of the sea. Everything a child of mine would be given, so shall he have." Poseidon followed Athenas example.

"Your son shall have the gift of lightning. He will be a leader. May good winds fallow him." Zues did the same as the other two and then left.

Annabeth yelped in pain.

"Percy, my water broke." She whispered. Her eyes shone with fear.

"Nothing will happen to our baby boy." I reassured her helping her down the hill to the car.

The whole way to the hospital she only whispered one thing over and over and over again.

"They made my baby a monster. I will kill them."

I did that on impulse. One more surprise next chapter. The comment challenge thing I put last chapter is still on but the delivery chapter is the one that will be dedicated.
