Big Moments

Ok so this chapter will be longer and a bonding chapter. Two or three BABIES ARE BORN!!!!! It will be about the big moments with the kids, first words, first steps, that kind of thing. Enjoy!

Annabeths pov

I woke up on our first night with the kids home to a piercing scream an hour after we went to bed in our apartment. We were having a house built but it wouldn't be done for a while. I listened for a moment attempting to discern which child it was. My conclusion: Asher. Unfortunately Percy made a deal with me that he would get up if it was Addie and I would get up if it was Ash. Sadly for Percy he forgot that Asher wails. If Asher wakes up, he'll be sure to arouse the while house. However Addie only whimpers so Asher will sleep. I only have to get up if Asher wakes up. Percy has to get up either way.

I grinned at the thought and walked to the brown crib, I picked up Asher and immediately noticed the source of his discomfort, his diaper leaked. Scratch that-it exploded. Like poop everywhere. On him, in the crib, and now on me. Percy groaned as Adrianna whimpered in her white crib.

"I think she's hungry but I'll check her diaper just incase." He informed me.

"Well this kid decided to nuke his crib with wanna-be-chocolate. Can you had me a diaper and wipes? Some baby powder too."

"Ok. Where are the bottles?" He handed me the required items as I told him where the bottles were.

I grabbed a new onesie from the babies shared dresser. The outfit was blue and had a lobster on the butt. It had been a gift from Posidion so I hoped he didn't ruin it. It took me like five entire minutes to clean up Asher. Then I got some new sheets from the closet and threw the old ones out. Percy came into the room as I laid down on the bed with Ash.

"Guess what? Piper had a baby." She had gotten pregnant a month after I did.

"This early? She still had a few weeks left before the due date." I said as Percy climbed into bed with Addie.

"Ya, it's a girl, her name is Sadie Isabelle Grace."

"Oh, that's a sweet name! I can't believe we missed Leo and Calypso's wedding though." I had been giving birth during the time their wedding was going on.

"You missed Frank and Hazel's too." They got married last week but the wedding was in New Rome and the doctor said it wasn't safe to fly. So Percy went but I stayed home.

We put the babies back in their cribs and went to sleep.

The first words

Percy's pov

Red lights. Red lights are the absolute worst thing in the world. I get they are there for a reason, but the Valdez family is at the hospital giving birth. We were right next to the hospital! The stupid light was placed right before the hospital entrance! We could have been there by now! I looked at the light to see it turn green. Finally. Oh, another thing that I hate? Babies. I hardly get sleep! I glare at Asher in the mirror. He looks so innocent with his big grey eyes, gnawing on a teething toy. Do not be deceived. I think he enjoys depriving me of much needed sleep. Then I looked at Adrianna. She was so sweet. Her dark blond hair was put in pigtails and her was engrosed in My Little Pony playing on her mom's monster proof phone. I gotta tell you, Rainbow-dash is pretty awesome. Addie prefers the innocent animal loving pegasus, Flutter-shy.

Heather, Hazel's daughter, likes Princess Luna. Heather was born three months after Sadie. She has hair like Hazel's and eyes and skin color like Frank.

Sadie had Jason's hair but everything else is like Piper.

We got of the car and I picked up Ash while Annabeth got Addie and entered the hospital. The nurse at the entrance told us where to find Leo and Calypso. When we entered the room I broke into a smile. Calypso was holding a baby boy and Leo looked like he won a billion dollars.

"His name is… Tyler Mason Valdez" Leo said pausing for effect before announcing the name.

"Wyler?" Asher said, trying to pronounce the name. We all looked astonished when Addie gave us another surprise.

"Waby!" My little girl attempted to say 'baby'.

"Well, looks like we had three surprised today!" Annabeth laughed and we all joined her.

Annabeths pov

I loved being alone with the kids. Percy was at his marine biologist job so I was on baby duty until he got home in a few minutes.

Addie pulled herself into a standing position leaning against the couch for support.I changed positions so that I was kneeling a few feet in front of her, careful with my bloated stomach. I grinned at the thought of having another baby soon.

"Come here Addie, come get your sister!" I held my arms out.

"Sissa?" She asked.

"Ya in here." I pointed to my stomach.

Addie put a shaky foot out and then another. She froze, looking at Asher with big eyes. He was standing next to me and took a step towards his little sister. He rarely tried to walk but he had seen Addie fall during her attempts before. He was a very protective brother and cried if she cried, he wanted to help her.

I grinned and they both took another step, then another, and another, when they were taking the last step they collapsed on each other, falling into a laughing pile of cuteness. I heard a laugh behind me and turned to see Percy with a Video camera.

Percy's pov

I woke up to the lovely sound of my wife screaming.

"What's wrong? What do I do?" I ask.

"My freaking water broke so call the freaking Graces so they can watch the freaking kids so you can take me to the freaking hospital to freaking give birth to this freaking child, NOW!"

I called Piper who lived a few minutes away and she said that they would be here soon.I got everything in the car and we were off.

"WHY ARE YOU DRIVING SO SLOW I'M ABOUT TO GIVE BIRTH! RUN THE RED LIGHTS YOU IDIOT!"

I sped up.

"ARE YOU CRAZY? THERE IS AN UNBORN CHILD IN THE CAR! WHY WOULD YOU SPEED? SLOW DOWN BEFORE WE DIE YOU MORON!"

This is how the car ride went.

When we arrived at the hospital Annabeth was taken to a room and a half hour later Piper and Jason arrived with the kids. Addie was sleeping on Jason's shoulder and Asher was playing with Sadie. The doctor called me into the room.

"Were going to start the delivery in a few minutes Mr. Jackson, I'll show you where you can clean up and put on a sterile delivery suit."

In five minutes I was back in the delivery room holding my wise girl's hand.

"Ok Mrs. Jackson, one last time, One, Two, Three, PUSH!"

A cry came and I rushed over to we my new baby girl. After they cleaned her up I took her over to Annabeth. Soon all of our friends came in and asked the baby's name.

"Well...We were thinking about Lillie but we want to keep the 'A' theme so...Her name is Amber Lillie Jackson."

Amber had brown hair and hazel eyes. Her hair was curly like Annabeths. If I had to sum up my feelings right now they would be one thing- love. I love my family, my friends, and my world. Through the hard times and the easy times, I would never change anything.
