Pink or Blue?

Annabeths pov

I woke up feeling sick. I started untangling myself from Percys embrace. At first I tried not to wake him up but then thought hey he can either wake up or have me puke all over him. I darted into the bathroom but I couldn't make it to the toilet. I hunched over the bathtub and vomited. A few minutes later Percy stumbled into the room and rubbed his forehead, leaning against the door frame. He asked if I was okay.

"What do you think? I'm not ok you idiot. Who would ask that? Take a shower, you smell like death. I'm going to sleep."

Percy looked at me like I'd asked him to do the impossible.

"What?" I stumbled into the bedroom and fell on the bed. After a while I heard the shower running. I pulled the blankets up to my chin and was about to fall into a deep sleep when I remembered I was having lunch at Panara Bread with Piper at noon. I jumped out of bed and strutted to the ensuite door.

"PERCY JACKSON I TOLD YOU THAT YOU HAD FIVE MINUTES!!!!! I'M HAVING LUNCH WITH PIPER THIS AFTERNOON AND I DON'T PLAN ON LOOKING LIKE YOU IN FRONT OF A DAUGHTER OF APHRODITE SO GET YOUR NAKED BUTT OUT OF THERE BEFORE  I BREAK DOWN THE DOOR AND DRAG YOU OUT OF THERE MYSELF. I SWEAR PERCY SOMETIMES YOUR-"

"I'm what?" Percy interrupted coming out of the bathroom. I regretted yelling at him.

"Um...good smelling. Now move."

I took a quick shower and changed into my maternity clothes because my child was getting too fat. I put my hair in a messy bun just as someone knocked on the door. I ran-or hobbled down the stairs and let Piper in.

"Lets go!" She grabbed my arm and we both waddled out to the car. A few minutes later we arrived.

"So, only a few days left huh?" Piper asked.

"Yup, can't wait till this huge monstrosity pops. We said we didn't want to find out the gender until a few weeks before, but now that the envelope with the gender of the baby went missing I regret that. It was sitting on the piano one second and the next it vanished! I made Percy tear apart the entire room and we still couldn't find it. Now the nursery has to be neutral!"

"Ya, I'm glad we found ours out!"

"Oh, you didn't tell me yet! What is it?"

"Two girls!"

"Two?"

"Yes I know it's so exiting!"

"Looks like we're both having twins!"

Piper said it was time to go. She drove extra carefully because there were technically six people in this four person car! We arrived back at my house and Piper said she would help me inside since my babies were due in a couple days and hers were due in a month. When I opened the door, suddenly the lights turned on and all my friend from CHB were there! At my house! And every thing was blue and pink! They threw me a gender reveal party/ baby shower. After catching up for a few minutes someone led me and Percy over to two baby dolls on the table.

"Ok, so your each going to take off a babies diaper and if there's poo it's a boy if there's pee it's a girl." Hazel explained, she was also pregnant.

"Wait a sec, this is not real poo and pee is it?" Percy asked.

"No, it's lemonade and chocolate." Calypso clarified.

"On your mark, get set-" piper started.

"This is a race?" I asked.

"GO!"

I ripped the diaper off. And in my rush to beat Percy, threw it across the room. I yelled and hobbled after it. Percy yelled in triumph at the same time as I grabbed the diaper. I flipped it over and...

IT WAS WET!!!!! I gasped and walked over to my grinning husband. On some unspoken agreement we swapped diapers and the one Percy had unwrapped was...covered in a brown mess.

"We got both."

The feelz some babies might pop tomorrow!!!! I'm open to girl and boy middle names. I have first names already.
