Chapter 7

Jungkook is already at his agency, and he still has to keep practicing non-stop, except for his days off but he just released a new song so he has to do extra activities.

Jungkook came to practice his vocals and do other things of course, as he was passing through the corridor he heard someone's voice from inside the dance studio, which just so happened that the door wasn't closed properly at that time.

At first, he didn't intend to listen to their conversation and intended to close the door properly so that the music wouldn't be heard leaving the room and disturbing the others.

But when he heard Jin's name, he didn't want to leave and instead listened to what the girl group was talking about.

"Yes I agree with you, I know they were in the same dorm, and I think they are both adorable together," a woman said.

"I thought they were dating, but when they were successful with their respective works they just drifted apart," another woman said.

"Is it because the rumors that are circulating are true?" Woman said.

"Ahhh Jin oppa and the girl group members? I don't think so, Jin oppa even looks cold when he's around her, but you have to see when they sit together, Jin oppa and Jungkook oppa, I saw him at the award ceremony and Jin oppa gave his hot pack to Jungkook oppa, it's so cute, I miss that closeness again," the other woman said.

Their words made Jungkook smile, and he immediately ran to his practice room, he was very excited that day and he knew Jin would always be with him, no matter what other people said about them, they loved each other.

But when he entered the practice room, he saw Bang Hyuk there with his tutor.

"Oh you are here hyung," Jungkook said.

"I have something to tell you, come to my room," Bang Hyuk said and they left.

Arriving at Bang Hyuk's room, he told Jungkook to sit in front of him, his face looked serious at that time.

"What's wrong hyung?" Jungkook said.

"We agreed not to show closeness in public, you and Jin can keep in touch but not for public consumption," Bang Hyuk said.

"Yeah, we didn't do anything, he just ignored me in public," Jungkook said.

"Here, this photo was taken last night, you were drunk and you came to Jin's house, you stayed there, and there were many paparazzi following you and Jin, you realize who you and Jin are in this industry, right? Your career can be destroyed just because of a small mistake, I think I have to keep you away from him, "Bang Hyuk said.

"What? What do you mean?" Jungkook said.

"I will ask him to enlist in the military sooner, only then the rumors about you two dissipate," Bang Hyuk said.

"W-What? But you promised we would enter the military together," Jungkook said.

"I'm sorry, this is for your future," Bang Hyuk said.

"No! It's not fair! This is not for my future but for your benefit! I'm sick of these rules!" Jungkook said and he walked out of the room with tears rolling down his cheeks.

He didn't know what would happen if he had to separate from Jin for two years. If Jin enlisted in the military sooner, he wouldn't be able to live his days without Jin.
