Chapter 12

That day

Jungkook was already at the airport, his mind couldn't focus at that moment, he only thought of Jin in his head and repeatedly blamed himself because he couldn't come to accompany Jin.

While he was waiting for boarding, a bored-looking Jungkook opened his social media and was surprised by a new song that Jin had made for his fans.

"What's this?" Jungkook said.

"Did Jin Hyung release a new song?" Jungkook asked his manager who sat beside him.

"Ah that, I heard it was just a song he made for his fans," his manager said.

Jungkook also played the song and closed his eyes, Jin's voice filled his ears and made his heart flutter. Without him noticing, tears were flowing from the corner of his eyes.

"Jungkook are you okay?" The manager who realized that Jungkook was crying tapped his shoulder, making Jungkook open his eyes.

"Oh yeah, I'm okay," Jungkook let go of the earphones and immediately sent a message to Jin.

He knows fans are just an excuse for the two of them, Jungkook can't hide his happiness and his feeling of being lucky to have Jin.

From Jungkook:
Thank you for your new song, I love you hyung, always, I'm waiting for you here, and will always be here, so come back to me quickly😘

Jungkook didn't expect Jin to reply to his message right away, he knew Jin must be busy and he didn't want to disturb Jin. But a notification came to his phone, it was from Jin, making his smile appear without him realizing it.

From My Love:
I'll come back soon and hug you tightly, I love you so much Kookie, don't do anything bad, I can see you and what you're doing, don't invite other guys to your house, ah that's up to you, I love you, do your promotions well and listen to my songs every time you miss me, it's all for you😘

Tears streamed down his cheeks again but he quickly wiped them away and got ready for boarding.

2 years is not a short time, especially for those who are in love. After 10 years together, it feels like nothing has changed between them, even the love and care they give each other remains the same.

And all that time they hid it until the time came.

Meanwhile, in other places, Jimin and Taehyung seem to have come to accompany Jin. Even though Jin had asked them not to come because he didn't want there to be a farewell but they still came.

"Hyung, you look handsome with your new hair," Jimin said.

"Yes Jimin is right, are you nervous hyung?"
Taehyung said.

"Yes I'm very nervous, but I have to do it," Jin said.

"Yeah we'll all get through it, and I'm sure you can get through it too, you're great hyung," Jimin said.

"Jungkook wanted to come today, but he has other schedules," Taehyung said.

"Oh, how did you know?" Jimin said.

"I was at his house yesterday," Taehyung said and Jimin just nodded.

"Oh, you met him? Is he all right?" Jin said.

"Yeah, it's just that he's annoyed because he can't come today, he doesn't know if you will enlist in the military sooner and at the same time as the promo schedule," Taehyung said and Jin just smiled.

"He will miss you hyung," Jimin said.

"What do you mean?" Jin said.

"Yes I know you and him are not as close as before but this time is different, 2 years he will lose news from you and that will make him miss you for sure," Jimin said.

"He'll be fine," Jin said.

"I hope so," Taehyung said.
