You didn't know why you were here, in the sunfire elf camp. It had been two years after the war and you just wanted to explore Xadia now look at you, you're just sitting there waiting for your friend, Kazi.

"Y/N? Sorry, I know I was gone long I just-" You didn't hear the rest of what he was saying. Why was his arm blue in arias?

You walked over to Kazi. Are you alright? You ask in sign language, pointing to his arm.

He tries to hide it, but realizes there is no use, you already noticed. "I'll be alright." He assures you.

That night you go to bed worried about your best friend.

After lying in bed for an hour you give up and go to the library, if you are lucky, Kazi will be there too. You enjoy the stars as you walk.

"Wait, no, please!" You recognize the voice immediately, Kazi. Your heart stops and you bolt, running toward his cries.

You gasp as a tall cloaked human delivers a blow to Kazi's stomach. You watch Kazi fall to the ground, gasping for air. He coughs... blood.

The human kicks Kazi, more than once. You feel a rage grow inside you, a rage you didn't even know existed.

"Get up!" The human orders.

Kazi forces himself to his feet. You lunge, taking the next blow meant for Kazi. 

You hear a thud as he tumbles to the ground and Kazi looks up at you before coughing again. "Y- y/n?" He manages to say before blacking out.

You sit by Kazi as he sleeps, praying that he survives this. You feel tears prick your eyes, you needed him to survive.

"Y/N?"

You look over at Kazi and smile. Hi, how are you feeling?

Kazi shrugs, the movement causing him to wince.

You need to rest, your hurt.

"I'm fi-ine." Kazi shrieks from pain.

Don't lie to me, you are not fine. You could have died. You pause. 'I love you.' You think.

Kazi sighs. "I'm glad you were there, y/n..."

You blush at the mention of your name and smile. Kazi, I need to tell you something...

"What is it?"

Before I tell you, you need to know that I'm nervous about what I have to say.

"Why?"

I don't know how you'll take this... I don't want to ruin our friendship because of it though, but you need to know.

"Y/N nothing can ruin our friendship, I promise."

You sigh. Kazi... you begin.

He smiles. "What is it?"

You try not to get lost in that smile as you begin to sign again. I... love... you...
You form each word slowly, and deliberately.

Kazi begins to stutter. "Y-you love, but no one loves me. Are y-you sure? I mean I-I love y- I can't believe-"

Your are so cute when you stutter. You sign.

Kazi blushes furiously. "Y/N?"

You nod as to say yes.

"I uh... w-will you kiss me then? If you really love m-"

You plant your lips on his and he gasps and opens his mouth, allowing you to slide your tongue between his teeth, he tastes good, really good.

His fingers go to your hair, and a small hiss of pain follows, but you choose to ignore it as you continue to deepen that kiss.

When you pull away Kazi is bright red. "Well...I guess you were right... I mean, just friends don't know how each other tastes..."

You shove your tongue back into his mouth, realizing you need this.

Kazi moans as you part from the kiss and move to his collarbone, covering him in hickeys. "y/n....y/n...Y-Y/N!" He shouts your name the last time before clawing at your back.

You pull away momentarily to sign. Keep calling me like that... then you go back to covering him in hickeys.

He moans then gasps as he realizes his shirt is gone and you move down his body. He starts rambling, your name is mixed in the words, and he whimpers your name over and over, begging you to keep it up.

You smile and bite his neck. He gasps and grabs the sheet as you continue on your little adventure across his neck and chest. Your tongue dances across his shoulder and he calls your name repeatedly.

Little do you know, Amaya and Janai just slipped into the tent, they watch you cover Kazi in kisses as he whimpers your name, begging you to keep going.

"I love you." He says as you go to press your lips against his.

You smile and bite his lower lip.

"Awww, you two are so cute." Janai finally says.

You jump and don't know what to say.

Janai gives you a basket with a few things that you'll need for Kazi before walking away followed by Amaya who quickly signs; you two are cute together...

You wait till there gone. Where were we...
