Val and Carina looked exhausted at dinner that night, though Val seemed to be in better spirits, which was a nice change from her earlier nerves. I still wasn't sure what was going on with her, she was mum on that, but her situation looked to be improving. Carina was even happier, because she had set a personal best in distance that day in practice. All in all, it was a good day for us all, though tiring.
"That next race of yours is going to be packed," Carina said around a bite of steak. "But I made sure that Val and I got some tickets, because we wanna see a roomie set another record."
"Yep. I told my coach I'm going to be rehabbing in the morning so I can see you in the finals," agreed Val. "But that means you better set a record, or everyone is going to go home crying!"
"Right, no pressure," Carina snickered.
I gave them a little shrug. "I love the 1500m, and I haven't lost in college or internationally in over three years in it. I don't want to be cocky, but I think I can get the gold. I won't say anything about a record though." I left unsaid that I'd be upset at myself if I didn't get the gold, but swimming for Kit would keep me going.
"I bet I can motivate her into a gold medal!" Kit said with a giggle, then slipped her hand under the back of my shirt and rubbed along my spine gently. Both of the other girls were snickering, and yet I knew with Kit around, I'd get as many gold medals as I could. But the best part was, I knew she'd love me even without them.
I leaned over and gave her a kiss on the top of her head. "You're getting a reward no matter what happens in your event. Just being here is amazing with everyone trying to stop you."
"Thanks, Nat." She swiveled her head up so I could kiss her lips, which I happily did. "But if I get a medal, I get to ask for something else, right?"
I thought about Janine mentioning that she had a shot at a medal, but that a bunch of others might too, and realized that this might help. Honestly, I'd let her do whatever she wanted anyway, but she didn't need to know that just yet. "Anything you like, Sushi. You know I can't say no to you. What did you have in mind?"
She dropped her head as she turned crimson. "Nothing! Just a few ideas. But maybe I can get some advice too." She was looking hopefully at Val and Carina, both of whom smiled back at her and nodded. That was a good idea, since we were both relatively inexperienced and were just operating instinctually at the moment.
"Based on what we heard last night, I'm not sure you need any help!" Carina said with a snicker. Yeah, I couldn't help but blush at that, as she made me get progressively louder with each climax, even as she continued with her subdued vocalization, but intense physical reactions.
"Don't give her any ideas like skydiving naked!" I told them while jabbing my chopsticks at them. Yes, Kit and I were devouring a mountain of sushi again, as we had started to do several times a week.
"Damn, that was going to be my first suggestion too!" Val said with a smile. "Seriously though, we'll have a little girl talk, and she'll be fine. We can do the same with you too."
I opened my mouth to say no, then realized that might actually be a good idea. I'd heard things at school, and seen videos like Kit, but I'd never had actual advice. I'd certainly never talked to my mom about it, and dad never even knew I was into girls before he was gone. "Yeah, that could help, thanks!" Even if they just gave me some confidence, I'd be in good shape. I just wanted to do everything in my power to keep Kit happy, not just physically, but in every way. Carina was married and should have good advice, and I had a feeling that Val had been in enough relationships to have some good advice too.
