"Damn, I'm so sore!" Kit said the next morning as I spooned her gently. "I love it! Is that what it should feel like after you take care of me all night?" We'd gone several more rounds after the original until Kit was just too limp for more. She'd wanted me to use a second finger in her, but with my hands being so large I just stuck with one for the first night. I knew we'd try more in the future. But we could work up to it. Besides, it wasn't like she hadn't been thoroughly satisfied by the time we were done!
"Yeah, this is how you should feel. You should know what we did last night, what we enjoyed last night," I assured her. "As long as it doesn't hurt too bad, and you're just sore, then we're doing it right."
"Well, I wouldn't want to be diving today, but I'm not hurting, just deliciously sore." Kit rolled over, then wrapped her arms around me. "Last night was everything I ever wanted, so thank you."
"Anything for my girl." Truly, if it made Kit happy, I would keep doing it. It wouldn't be long before the pressure of the competitions was removed, and we would be home and living together, going to school together, cooking and shopping together. We'd still train, but at a much lower level for a bit. It seemed like it was going to be a great life with Kit at my side, and with her grandmother no longer an issue, nothing would stand in our way.
"So, what are the next plans we have?" she asked. "Can I just spend the day snuggling with you?"
"Nope. We're going to go to lunch with our parents, and then we're going to watch Val in her pole vault finals, and then we're going to come back here and relax so I can get up and do my last race tomorrow."
"And then we get to explore Paris!" We had some good plans for that. I may have pulled a few strings, and dropped the gold medal clout, to get a reservation for a dinner cruise on the River Seine the night after my 10k race, and it would be just the two of us for a romantic night. It was going to be the perfect way to celebrate the games, and then we had the closing ceremony before we flew home.
Home to our new life.
I smiled at the thought of waking up to Kit every morning, snuggling at night, cooking dinners with her and just enjoying life. I knew our days and nights would be filled with smiles, and with both sets of parents supporting us we had little to worry about for holidays or things like that. It might be hard to have my mom visit LA, but maybe once a year we could get everyone together. It just might work.
A family, the love of my life, a life in the water. No, not everything was set in stone, but considering where we were in our relationship, we had a great base to start from. A base that I was sure would be a solid platform to build a long lasting love and marriage.
"Exactly. We get to explore Paris!" I agreed. "We can go all over the city and see whatever we want after my race and before the closing ceremony."
"Yes! I can't wait to just spend time relaxing with you. No more running around, I just want to hold your hand and kiss you all over."
"That can be arranged for sure!" I even started by kissing all over her face to make her laugh out loud. "Oh, but we still need to see our friends and their competitions too."
"Of course!" she replied once her laughter subsided. "I'm the good luck charm."
Once we shared a nice shower, we finally got up. We'd planned safely today, getting all our parents passes to the Olympic Village so we could eat here instead of going out in the city. Yes, we had been a little nervous that Yuria might show up yet again, so having the security of the Village made it safer for everyone to join us. Plus, it was cool to show our parents around our temporary home, so they could get the feel for the lifestyle here. They weren't disappointed, as even during the day the party was going nonstop for athletes that had no more events.
