"Hey mom, who are these people?" I asked forcing a smile on my face.
"Oh these boys helped me bring in the groceries after I dropped a bag." She said smiling. "I think you boys would get along."
"Really, that's so cool. I'll go hang out with them now." I said grabbing them and backing towards the door. The moment we walked out of earshot I turned around. "Who are you and what do you want."
"What, what are you talking about we are the newest k-pop group LITE." Said the tallest of the four. "And we just stopped to help." I eyed them. They didn't seem to have ulterior motives so I think I'm in the clear.
"Oh well thanks I guess." I said backing up.
"You know," said the pink haired one. "We're actually looking for a new member at the moment-"
"Oh, that's so cool. Fun fact about me though is I suck at singing so I would be a terrible idol. Anyway good luck in your search. Bye." I said shooing them away. They all looked a mix between bewildered and offended. That should take care of things for now. You see the reason I can't involve my mom in the whole chosen by the universe thing to kick people out immediately is that every time I try and tell her she starts dying. Like legit dying. It ranges anywhere from choking on air to a rare disease. I'm honestly scared of what situations could happen if my last living relative passes away, plus I love my mom so that can't happen. She hasn't put two and two together yet that the reason I wanted to move was not bullying but to flee my copious admirers. I headed back into my house and up to my room. I grabbed my marker and my phone. Looking up the k-pop members' names, I wrote them down on the wall. Now that I think about it, Charlie is pretty freaking persistent so maybe I really should find a fake boyfriend. I looked over the list then at the yearbook I had abandoned on the floor. You know who would make a good fake boyfriend, Alex Brown. He has never shown interest in me so he's safe, and obviously with me being the center of the universe for some reason, I own a bunch of rare cards from Pokémon surprise packs. It's a widely known fact at my school that Alex would murder someone for a good card, so it's perfect. All I have to do is propose a trade. I mean what could go wrong?
