Secluded. It was, as many questionable government buildings were, secluded. Very much so, indeed. If ever a place was to give off 'you're not supposed to be here and or see me' vibes, it would be this building right here, and for a good reason, to.

Amongst the rolling hills and towering mountains, scraggly bushes and long winded roads that had seen much better days - Beyond the furthest limits of the nearest city that could still be seen sitting happily on the horizon, a chorus of lights that seemed to mock those who wanted freedom, was a rather small facility nestled between two, rather large ridges. Mountains, really, some with snow tipped peaks whereas others were barren and dotted with tough shrubs.

Stood out like a sore thumb amongst the dusty moors and the ice-capped mountains it did. The small facility (which was still rather large compared to some other buildings, so small wasn't really saying anything) was a sleek white that rose from in between dying grass grounds and scrubby pine forests. It was, in its being, the very concept of something alien to its environment.

It was eerily quiet too, aside from the gentle humming the building itself seemed to emit.

Inside the building wasn't much different to its outside, to be honest. Everything was sleek and white. Or even sleek and black. Maybe a few blinking dials here and there that would glow blue when everything was going hunky dory, and then red when everything was going to shit. It was noisier inside, though, more alive and definitely more lived in (as much as a research lab could be), than the exterior of this poor structure.

Porygon would be lying if they said they didn't enjoy it here, however. Technically, the bi-coloured pokémon was really porygon-z, but seeing as it was the only one of its kind zipping around the place, everyone just called them porygon. It was nice, to be in a place where everything around it seemed to hum a different tune that wove into one over-arching song - To be in a place where it could thrive with its odd trainer and their co-workers. Porygon knew the other pokémon that frequented the building felt a similar way.

There was a rotom that often zapped itself into the computer. Always with a zap, that one did - A sharp sound and a bright smile. Like Porygon, this rotom enjoyed its time here with its strange person, though Porygon often found themselves wishing the artificial pokémon would be a little more serious.

Unlike Porygon and Rotom, there were several magnemites that hovered around the building. Distinctly, they all made different 'zoop' sounds. Porygon never really looked forward to hearing that distinct 'zoop' sound, because it often meant that something was wrong and they needed the magnemites help to get a job done - Something broken in the lab meant lives could be lost, and that was something that both the pokémon and their human partners wanted to avoid. Lost lives and losing the one thing this building was made for.
