Scrapped Ideas

As I stated this is just some ideas for this story that either got cut, changed or scrapped completely by me while drafting this story.

1. First and foremost was the original concept of Izuku. Originally there was going to be no outer being that corrupted and tricked Izuku. Instead, it was going to be Izuku just falling into the Uchiha curse of Hatred, but than the idea of the light and dark came into my head. So, I changed the concept and that's how we ended up with our current Izuku.

2. Eri in my original concept was just gonna be a little girl Izuku befriended since at the time I had no plans for Izuku to be in a relationship with any character. The Twins were always a concept but not in a serious portion of the story. Also in the original concept, Izuku was gonna be the one to kill Eri to gain his MS. However, I changed the idea once I introduced Orochimaru and decided to make Izuku a tragic character.

3. The betrayal was also vastly in the original concept. Izuku was originally actually supposed to kill all of them and that included Shoka. However, once I thought of the change in Eri's portion I kept Shoka alive to create some drama.

4. The next major change was how Izuku would handle the Tailed Beasts. Originally they were going to be the side quest as Izuku hunted down the people that destroyed his clan. Once I changed Izuku's purpose though, they were changed into the main quest.

5. In the original concept the reformed Akatsuki were supposed to play a bigger role before they were killed off. Including more in depth on Dani's relationship with his family, Shiggy's origin and Toga was even supposed to have a fling with Izuku for a little. However, I scrapped it after I saw it would've ruined the pacing.

6. I had an idea in the portion before Izuku appeared in Konoha that he would fight every incarnation of the Hokage in their Edo Tensei forms, but I scrapped the idea since it would make Izuku too strong before he would fight Izumi. There was another separate concept for when Izuku was still designed to be an Anti-hero that he would encounter Naruto and Sasuke but they would let him pass due to his purpose, it was scrapped once Izuku was changed.

7. The final fight was vastly different in the Original Concept. First off, the sage of six paths wasn't going to show up and instead just be a maxed out Izumi that didn't side with Kurama. Izuku was too mind invade Izumi and make a deal with Kurama for his freedom which resulted in Izumi's loss. Obviously scrapped with Izuku's change.

8. The main change was the ending where Izuku betrayed the Tailed Beast on his own volition and absorbed them himself. He then would conquer the rest of the world and rule it as a tyrant. This is where the 'being' comes in and offers to recruit Izuku and that's how the story originally ended.

9. The white path never existed in the original design and even in the early chapters it wasn't thought of either. It was kind of just out of the blue decision for me. Maybe one day I'll release a book on it.
