As much as most would tell you everything is okay, everything's not always okay. I personally have undiagnosed depression, high anxiety, and even a small physical condition, but I and many others have one thing that makes it better:

I HAVE BEEN SAVED BY THE BLOOD OF CHRIST JESUS MY LORD.

through all of my struggles and all of my stress, i have him. the Bible states:

"For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace."

"What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?"
‭‭ - Romans‬ ‭8‬:‭31‬ ‭KJV‬‬

I can rest assured that he is with me, and i'm not alone in this! i have Jesus by my side and if he is with me, then who can be against me? You can have this assurance too! I don't know about y'all, but i'm trusting in the Father!
