Title: A little more
= Y/N's POV =
New school. Inarizaki High. My cousin Rintarō Suna attended this school. I transferred here because I was facing bullying issues at my previous school. So, Rintarō's parents offered to let me live with them in Hyōgo to attend the same school as Rintarō.
I was quite a smart student overall and I am fairly good at sports, so, I was accepted without a second thought.
Here I was, at the school gate of Inarizaki High. My cousin just stared at me. "Are you planning to enter school or are you intending to be stupid and wait here all day?" he asks, tilting his head. I rolled my eyes at him and entered the school premises.
"Wait up, Y/N, I need to head to the volleyball gym for morning practice. If you want you can accompany me or you can head to class first," he says. "I'll head to class, thanks," I say walking away.
That's when I realized I didn't know how to get there. I groaned and turned to ask Rintarō but he had disappeared.
I just walked around hoping to bump into him. I did bump into someone. I would've fallen if the person I bumped into hadn't caught me. "I'm sorry, I'm so clumsy," I mumble an apology and bow before standing upright, only to be face-to-face with a good-looking boy.
The boy kept his hair fringe combed to the left side of his face. He has grey eyes with hooded eyelids. He was a 6-foot-high monster. I trembled under him. He just gave me a small smile.
"It's fine, are you okay?" he asked. I nod as our eyes meet. "Where are you off to, uh...?"
"Y/N Suna. You can call me Y/N," I said. "Oh? I didn't know Suna had a sister?" he said thoughtfully. "Oh no, no, I'm his cousin. My dad and his are brothers, that's all. You know Rintarou? I'm headed to the volleyball gym to find him right now," I explained.
"I see, I'm his teammate and on my way to practice, follow me," the boy gestured for me to follow him.
"Sorry, how rude of me, I forgot to introduce myself. My name is Osamu Miya. You can call me Samu. I'm a second year from Class 1 like your brother and I play as a Wing Spiker for the Inarizaki High VBC," he introduced.
We reached the gym and entered. "BALL!!" Someone shouted as a Volleyball came flying to my face. Suddenly, someone leapt in front of me and prevented the ball from hitting me. "Hey, careful there, Aran. You almost hit this pretty girl over here," a blonde male said turning around to face me.
He took my hand and kissed it. "The name is Atsumu Miya. You can call me, Tsumu," he said with a wink.
"Oi, that's my cousin you flirtatious bastard," Rintarō said approaching us. "Mi-... ya?" I thought out loud. That's when I realized Tsumu had an identical face to Samu. "Yes, Y/N, we are identical twins," Samu said as he wiped his face with a towel.
"Identical face, different personality," Rintarō commented. "Rin, where's our class?" I directly ask.
"Just wait here, I'm almost done..." he said, returning to practice. I just sigh and sit down. I watched as the twins played. They seemed so in sync. The coach had told them to take a break. The manager handed out their bottles while I gave Rintarō his.
"Thanks," he said wiping the sweat off his forehead. "Hey, Y/N, right?" Tsumu called out. I looked at him and gave a small nod. "Do you know how to play?" he asked. "Oi, Tsumu, the coach will scold you if you don't take these few minutes to rest," Samu advised.
"It'd be a lie if you said no, but I don't blame you..." Rintarō said walking away.
"Yeah I do, but I'm not good at it," I said. Tsumu tossed the ball to me and I caught it. "I'll teach you then," he said pulling me by the wrist onto the court. He held my hands and waist to help position them to receive.
