Title: Too fast for love

- Osamu -

"Samu! What're you doing?" I hear Atsumu call out. "Cleaning my car dumbass, what does it look like?" I said maintaining a poker face. I heard Suna chuckle making me smirk. "What are you laughing at huh?!" Atsumu said, stomping towards Suna. "Stop acting like a child Tsumu," I said, as I scrubbed my car.

"You're one to talk..." Suna commented. "Who's side are you on?!" Atsumu protested. "My side."

I sighed as I washed the soap off the car and then started wiping it to polish it. "You take care of your car as if it was your baby, Samu," Atsumu said, sweatdropping. "For once, I agree with him," Suna said, looking away from his phone to stare at me. I rolled my eyes, "Don't you people have better things to do?" I asked.

"We should be asking you that," they said simultaneously. I groaned as I got up and left. "You pissed him off," I heard Suna say as he looked back at his phone. "ME?! WHY YOU LITTLE--"

"Isn't that Osamu Miya?"

"He's such a playboy,"

"I heard he took his last ex out on  a date in his car but then left her halfway through their date in an abandoned area,"

Rumours were all I heard that was starting to irritate me. My ex-best friend, Mei, had spread that rumour when I broke up with her. What is this, high school? We're in college for crying out loud...

My thoughts were interrupted when someone bumped into me. "Sorry, my bad," the girl apologized. She bent down to pick up her files so I bent down to help her. "No, it's my fault too," I said getting back up. "Sorry," I apologized as I handed her files.

She stared at me momentarily before shaking her head and taking it. She ran off thanking me. 'What was that about?' I thought before heading back to my next lecture.

---

I got in my car to head towards a nearby cafe for my part-time job. I slowed down when I noticed the girl I had bumped into earlier walking. I rolled the window down and flashed her a smile. "Hey, where are you headed? Need a lift?" I asked. "Oh, no it's fine," she said.

"I insist. Take it as an apology gift," I said. She smiled, "Sure," She got in and I put her bag at the back. She gave me her address and I started my drive. "Do you walk home every day?" I asked her. "Hm? Oh, yeah I do," she said.

"Is this your car?" she asked, gazing out the window. "Yeah," I replied, earning a surprised look from her. I smirked, "I have a lot of savings," She laughed. It was... cute.

"I forgot your name, I'm sorry," I said. "Y/N L/N. You can call me Y/N," she said with a smile. "That's a cute name for a pretty girl like you," I said, eyes focused on the road.

- Y/N -

My heart skipped a beat. I know he's a playboy, but I think I'm falling. I just smiled and gazed out the window. "Sorry, I just couldn't help myself," he chuckled trying to ease the tension. I think I made it worse. "Ah no, it's fine,"

'You suck at flirting Y/N,' I thought to myself before turning the radio on but apparently, he had the same idea so our hands made contact, making me yelp in surprise. He looked at me before bursting out laughing. "Whattt," I whined slightly with a pout. "No, no, I'm sorry, but you're just bad at this aren't you," he teased.

"No, you're just too fast," I shot back before turning around to look out the window. "Too fast for love, huh?" I heard him mutter before stopping at my house. I thanked him and exited the car, wanting to escape from the awkward tension ASAP.
