Chapter 29 Mr Cornwall's Demise!

A couple of days later Y/N went out to do some hunting and then planned to meet up with Dutch, Arthur and Micah in Annesburg.
After killing a few rabbits and a deer she loaded them onto her horse, then began to clean herself up by the lake before setting off.
"Miss L/N"
Y/N froze she looked in the lake and saw two men well dressed right behind her.
Not saying anything for a few seconds, she tires to think of a way out.
Y/N slowly gets up and can see in the lake one man pointing a gun at her.
"You can turn round Miss L/N we won't kill ya."
Y/N slowly turns round and the two men introduce themselves.
"Hello Miss L/N My name is Agent Milton, this is Agent Ross."
Y/N still not saying anything she looks between the two men, wondering what their game was.
Agent Milton continues.
"So... I have recently found out your with the Van Der Linde gang.... Want to tell me why that is?"
Y/N still gave no response.
Agent Milton still speaks.
"Ya know it's funny... I read up on you. Sister becomes I'll. Well known father with lots of money to begin with, thinks there's some cure to her illness . So starts finding doctors from all over. Each one says the same, then soon fathers money starts to run out.... Sad really. Then the father turns to loans and gets in debt. The criminals know he can't pay back the money so they kill him and his family.... Well... at least they thought they killed the family."
Y/N's anger starts to rise but, she doesn't let on she remains calm as she knows where this might go.
"One man your father owns money to happens to be Colm Odriscoll, not a nice fellow now see he either wants the money you own him... or he wants to marry you. So I can see why you run with the van Der Linde gang, you wanted protecting. Although, Arthur Morgan.... Yes Arthur Morgan... he did more than that didn't he.."
Agent Milton says with a smirk.
Y/N says nothing as she narrows her eyes at both Agents.
Milton shows Y/N a photo of Arthur kissing Y/N.
Y/N grabs her knife and Agent Ross raises his gun again.
"Now there is no need for they Miss L/N."
"What do you want?"
Y/N demands.
"I want Dutch Van Der Linde."
Milton shouts.
"I don't know where he is right now and for your information... I don't need protection Colm has been taken by the government. I'm sure you had something to do with that."
Both Agents Chuckle and then Agent Milton says.
"Ya know your smart, you'd be very handy if you worked for the government think on it but... I want Dutch, I'll even offer you and Arthur your freedom if you bring him to me."
Y/N looks down then looks back at the agents.
"Think on it Miss Y/N."
Both of the Agents mount up and Ride off.
Y/N is then left by the lake she calls for Nero and he trots over.
She mounts up and heads for camp, she makes sure she isn't followed along the way.
Y/N returns to camp hands Pearson the rabbits and deer and rides back out to Annesburg.

Once arriving in Annesburg Y/N hitch's up Nero, the walks across from train station to the little house's opposite.
Arthur is on the other side and he greets her.
"Hi little miss."
Arthur Immediately sensed something was off and said.
"What's wrong?"
"I... I don't...."
Y/N sees Dutch and Micah start to walk over.
"We'll talk later, can't be said now."
"Okay."
Arthur seems to understand quite quickly and shuts up as soon as Micah and Dutch come closer.
"Was you both followed?"
Micah asks.
"Excuse me?"
Y/N questions.
Micah follows up with.
"Was...you.. both.. followed?"
"No we weren't!"
Arthur says in a dark tone.
"What's the matter with you?"
"Nothin, I'm fit as a fiddle."
Micah says In a sarcastic tone.
"Not inside you ain't."
Y/N says.
Dutch's voice booms out.
"Micah reckons there a rat."
"Oh, does he on what evidence?"
Arthur then says sarcastically looking at Micah.
"We only back a minute, Pinkertons show up."
"Molly clearly talked but, who else?"
Dutch says.
"There is one person that springs to mind."
Micah says while looking at Y/N.
"WHO IN THE HELL ARE YOU LOOKING AT!?"
Y/N says about to Jump on Micah.
Dutch stops her pulling on her arm and says.
"It's not Y/N Micah."
Dutch says in a stern voice, while looking at Micah as to reel him back in line.
Micah holds his hands up to say sorry to Dutch but, not to Y/N.
"Right! Then now I have no problem saying that Agent Ross and Agent Milton found me by a lake while I was out hunting."
Arthur and Dutch both went.
"What!?"
"They offered me my freedom in exchange for you Dutch I said no."
Y/N turns to Micah and says.
"Think I'm a rat now, you bastard?"
Y/N tries to hit Micah again.
Dutch still having his hand on Y/N's arm he pulls on her to keep her away from Micah, discreetly rubs his thumb on her arm, as a way to tell her she did good and he was happy she didn't betray him.
Y/N looks down at her arm and pulls away from Dutch, she's glad he believes her but, doesn't want the affection that comes along with it.
Arthur than began to speak up.
"We got sloppier than the town drunk we don't need a rat. They know who we are and what we are doing. The Pinkertons and Cornwall have us pinned in here."
"Well Mr Cornwalls why we are here, shall we Dutch?"
"Yeah, it's time to go, let's head to the river."
"This better not be no stupid revenge mission Dutch, you promised me?"
"On my dear Y/N, this ain't no revenge mission just a simple social call."
Both men laugh and Arthur, Y/N look at one another worried.
While walking over, Dutch and Micah explain how they plan to make a deal with Cornwall then make some noise.
"This ain't making a lot of sense Dutch, you promised me that you weren't going to do this to create any problems."
Y/N said worried.
"I'm not my dear... and it will make sense... a deal ... then some noise and then we're gone... I want gone and Cornwall won't let us."
"But-"
"Darlin just some noise then we are gone."
Arthur stare down Dutch he hated that he called Y/N that.
Everyone gets behind a few crates and waits for Cornwalls boat to come in.
