Melanie sat down on the bus, putting her headphones in and turning on some music. She looks out the window as the bus begins to move, unable to get her mind off Heather. Yesterday was the best day of her life, and she was happy that she was able to end this rivalry between her and those two. As her head was in the clouds, she was snapped out of her trance by a tap on the shoulder. She took out one of her headphones and looked next to her, seeing Gina. "Someone's here to sit next to you!" Gina smirked. She walked to a different seat as Heather soon approached them and sits next to Melanie. "Hey, Melanie!" Heather smiled. "Uh. Hi..!" Melanie blushed. She tried to keep herself calm, not knowing why she freaks out anytime Heather gets near her. On the way to school, the two made some small talk and just had some short conversations. Eventually, they all got to school, and it was a day like any other. Ms. Krupp being rude, Heather and Gina doing pranks and making comics before being called into Ms. Krupp's office, just an everyday thing. That was until something unusual happened in the middle of class. "Melanie Sneedley, please report to the Principle's Office." Ms. Krupp announced on the PA system. Everyone looked at Melanie in confusion, as she was always a Principle's Pet. Melanie herself was confused, and extremely anxious. She walked out of class and into Ms. Krupp's office. "You wanted to see me, Ms. Krupp..?" Melanie said nervously. "Yes," Ms. Krupp looked at Melanie with a sinister grin, "As you know, Gina and Heather have been acting like the nuisances they always are. And since your my #1 student, I want your help to get them in trouble for something horrible to get them expelled!" she explained. "What?! You mean frame them??" Melanie looked at Ms. Krupp in shock. "Exactly. Although I couldn't expel them last time in 4th grade because they were too nice, they can't be this time. Not if we frame them." Ms. Krupp said. "But.. That's horrible!" Melanie said. "What? You want them to stay and keep being annoying?" Ms. Krupp asked. "I... What if we get caught!?" Melanie hesitated. "You're smart, make sure we don't!" Ms. Krupp replied. "...What's in it for me?" Melanie asked, expecting it to be some boring offer so she can turn it down. "I'll GUARANTEE that you get into SmartiPantis Academy. No lies, no maybes, just a solid promise." Ms. Krupp said. Melanie stood there in shock. Was Ms. Krupp being serious? She thought for a moment, not knowing what to do. Should she forget about some crush that has a possibility of never turning into an actual relationship and know 100% that she'll get into her dream school? Melanie hesitated. "..Fine. It's a deal." she said, looking back up at Krupp. "Perfect." Ms. Krupp smiled mischievously.
