Fight time !

(The next morning)

(Yawn) I woke up feeling like freaking zombie, It's always like this when i sleep in a new place. I usually can't do much until i splash some cold water on my face or better yet get a nice hot shower, Yep that wakes me right up. I started to stumble towards the bathrooms to freshen up. I noticed that i was the first one up and about, Everyone else was either rubbing their eye's or trying to squeeze in those legendary "five more minutes" so i shrugged and took care of my business.

After i finished my morning routine i remembered that today was initiation so i hurried to the locker room to get my armor and weapon. "The Blood Reaver will be perfect for this" I said as i opened the case and retrieved the blade "Hehehe those Grimm aren't going know what hit them" I laughed as i'd fought Grimm before and the Blood Reaver always made short work of them.

I noticed other students walking in to gear up so i just hung around waiting to see what stuff they brought with them. There was this one guy with a mace who looked like a cocky son of a bitch, "I'll have to keep an eye on that guy" I muttered as i notice the White girl chatting to the Redhead from yesterday, White had a sword of some kind and Red had a sword and shield, My mind instantly went to 'The Bad Place' and i imagined being in a threeway with them. "No bad Jaune don't think of it, You damn degenerate" I said as i headbutted a locker in punishment.

I walked over to have a chat "Morning White and Red, How are you two this morning ?" White got a bit flustered but cleared her throat and answered me. "Morning, I'm doing fine as you can see and it's Weiss Schnee actually" I walked over and she backed up to the locker so i brought my face closer "Mmmm better than fine i'd say Weiss and i'm Jaune" She got flustered again and put her hand on my chest to push me back slightly. "And this is Pyrrha Nikos" I just looked over to her "S'up" I greeted her with a wink, She smiled and said Hello "So what's the deal with this test then ?".

They looked confused and asked what i meant so i asked if we were just supposed to kill Grimm or what. "Actually we'll be put into teams of four by the headmaster" Pyrrha helpfully told me "Cool, So you think either of you want to be on my team then ?" Weiss just closed her eye's and shook her head "Jaune this is 'the' Pyrrha Nikos" I nodded my head slightly confused "Yeah you said that already so ??" Weiss seemed to be surprised "Do you not know who she is ?" I ran through my knowledge but i was drawing a blank so i shook my head "No, Not a clue" Weiss looked even more shocked "Pyrrha is a Champion fighter from Mistral where she won the regional tournament four years running" Weiss explained as i ran my eye's over to Pyrrha who was smiling a little more than before. I went over and got real close so i could tell her straight "Mmmm i've never had a Champion before" I told her as she remained calm but did have a slight blush on her. "Jaune what are doing ?" Weiss asked with a red face and a shocked expression, I just backed off and shrugged "I meant i've never fought a Champion before, Why what did you think i meant ?" Weiss just blushed and turned away "Tut,Tut Weiss you've got a dirty mind, Haven't you ?" She fumed at me and stormed off still blushing meanwhile Pyrrha was cutely giggling behind her hand.

After i finished teasing the girls we all went out to the cliff edge where the test would begin. After a brief explanation from the Headmaster we got launched away, "WOOOOO HOOOOOO" I yelled as i was flung out over the forest, It felt like i was free but all good things must come to an end. I saw the forest approaching when all of a sudden a spear came from out of nowhere and pinned me to a tree. "Well........Shit" I coughed as i looked down and saw the spear through my gut, I spat out some blood and felt myself fade into the Spectral Realm. "Damn it i should have had my Aura up" I cursed as i saw lots of souls floating around "Hey Raziel why are there so many souls around ?" I asked my friend, He was quiet for a moment but then responded "I'm not sure Jaune but it seems like this world is overflowing with souls because they have no place to go after their deaths" I just shrugged and started to consume some.
