Who ever this 'Kaboom' was she was terrifying. She wore all dark Crimson cloths almost a reddish brown, like the color of dried blood.

Smoke and small embers flitted out from around the gas mask. Her arms were a deep red, and the seemed to scream danger. Everything about the girl screamed danger. She towered over me and Ash.

"This is her?" Kaboom rasped her voice tinged with the slight tang of the metal around her mouth.

"It is...but keep your voice down I don't want any trouble around the house, she needs time to soak things in." Ash said softly, while Kaboom nodded.

"Hardly anyone is home Ash, they are all doing their small assignments, EJ, and Ticci are in the main office upstairs." Kaboom pointing with her thumb to the floor above.

What kind of names are those? I asked myself before realizing that Kaboom was choosing Anonymous names.

Ash nodded her head. "Where exactly are you heading out to?" Ash had asked seemingly forgetting I was around. Curiosity flooded my veins as I tried to strain to see around the dark mansion. Seeing broken glass, and some dry wall and even paint had been peeled from the wall. Small holes for what seemed to be nails or thumbtacks were almost everywhere.

Drowning out the conversation Ash and Kaboom were having, I focused on my surroundings. There are couches, cushions, chairs, gaming stations, and three tv's. A large radio with its metal stand facing the wall for a better connection. It must've been the only good connection, even though it was raspy and constantly etching out.

Small muffled words could be heard giving the mansion an eerie feeling.

"This will be like home to you, but only in a small sense of things." Ash said from behind me.

Her eyes were softened though she held the stature of a murderer.

I watched her quietly as she turned off the radio as the mansion was swallowed in utter silence.

"They will be aggressive, they will try and challenge you, don't be afraid... you won't meet death." Ash said in a ghostly tone. It sent shivers down my back but I stayed frigid still. Ash watched my stillness and seemed to know I was holding back my slight fear.

"Liu hasn't spoken in awhile huh?" Ash asked her voice a little more sweeter than before.

I shrugged. "Comes and goes..." I rasped quietly and she nodded.

Hearing a pattern of footsteps I felt my heart thud and my insides boil in sudden fury. My jaw closed tight and my fists tightened. Ash laughed at me which only made the fury only more unbearable.

The figure rounded the corner. Lifting my head I met the eyeless pits of a masked man. He had a hood up, his mask had no nose or mouth, the only expression was the gaping sad and disgusting black liquid dripping down his mask. An ace of hearts planted like a kiss on the jawline of the mask, seemingly a barrier and untouched by the black running down his face. He wore all black, black hoodie, pants, shoes. He reeked of blood and flesh.

"This...is EJ, more commonly known as Eyeless Jack...cannibal, and master of the human anatomy...he is sometimes our doctor when needed but he has to be watched carefully though, can't be taken care of by him alone." Ash laughed lightly.

"He is also the one who has been watching over you while you re-cooperated." Ash added walking around me and past Eyeless Jack who hadn't taken his gaping and black abyss stare off of me.

He nodded at me before returning to look at Ash ash neared him and cupped her gloved hand over her mouth and whispered a few things. Only able to catch the hisses, I felt defeated. My senses had heightened but It still was straining to work.

Eyeless Jack nodded at her as she backed away, with that Eyeless Jack walked off somewhere in the mansion.

"ASH IS HOME?!" A shrill raspy and with a slight undertone of madness filled the dead air.

Ash giggled as a blur landed in front of me.

"WITH THE GUEST!" The voice laughed insanely before I could adjust my vision to see him.

It was a boy just the same age and just a little bulkier than Eyeless Jack. The boy had a mop of messy and wild brown hair. Glazed over hazel eyes shielded by orange goggles. His nose peaked out over a brown clothe covering his mouth. He wore all brown and had a few belts on his pants and torso holding a few knives and sharp objects.

He had two hatchets drawn on slightly smaller than the other but nonetheless looking just as sharp. He twitched and laughed a small giggle turned into a strangled cry his eyes phasing from each emotion. "I DONT LIKE THIS ONE!" He yelled in fury rushing at me.

Things seemed to slow down around me. The man had his arms raised up to strike me, Ash having a proud gleam in her eyes slowly lighting them. My hands rose just as slow. Grabbing his throat in an instant the slow motion stopped the deafening silent around me turned into the crashing of the man into the wall his hatchets now in the wall.

"That is Toby." Ash said from behind me.

My shock melted away into a calm feeling, I was getting used to the instincts and reflexes now.

"Ticci Tobi, he is a proxy like Eyeless Jack and I, though he serves under someone else." Ash informed as Ticci Toby started to wail and cry like a blubbering child because his hatchets were stuck.

"PLEASE!" He yelled shoulders shaking in his sobs. Before the emotion vanished into thin air he yanked them out with ease sheathing them.

"Good reflexes." He said emotionlessly.

"Did you like the waffles I set out for you?" He asked raising an eyebrow.

I nodded my head as he scoffed shouldering past me.

"Bipolar disorder." Ash said quietly as she motioned me to sit on one of the old torn up couches, littered with angry knife tears. Surprisingly it was comfortable.

While I relaxed beside Ash relishing in sort of safety from her I sighed. Ash was paying attention to the two men who were fighting over something from the fridge.

"We'll explain more when the others arrive, Liu should be coming too, he's been waiting to see you for so long in person." Ash mumbled her eyes slightly lidded with exhaustion.

I clung to my jeans and looked around more. Still everything was like a growing darkness. As it the more people it was clung to more darkness. More insanity the less light there was to shine in on our souls.

I knew that now, I was definitely insane. I was in a room, in a mansion full of murderers and convicts. I...being one of them.
