"Lucas-" Sebastien cursed when his friend almost crashed into him.
They were racing down the street as they tried to get into contact with the rest of the party. The things they saw at the lab were definitely not good.
Mike's voice echoed through the walkie, causing Lucas to shout back.
"Yes, I copy!" He completely ignored Sebatien's yell at him. "Do you? They know about Eleven!"
Sebastien steered a little closer so he could say something. "You guys need to get out of there right now! They know!"
"The bad men are coming! All of them!" Lucas added. "Do you hear me? The bad men are coming!"
Sebastien wasn't sure if their friends on the other end could hear them. They were very far out of range and moving constantly.
"The bad men are coming for you!" Sebastien shouted one last time.
A few minutes later, they hear commotion on the other end and realize their friends definitely got their message.
"Dustin? Dustin, do you copy?" Sebastien questioned, knowing he had that headset.
"Yeah, Seb, they're on us." Dustin answers.
"Where are you?" Lucas speaks up next.
"Cornwallis!"Dustin tells them.
Sebastien and Lucas glance at each other. The former looked at where they were before telling Lucas what to say since he wasn't close enough.
"Meet us at Elm and Cherry!" Lucas shouts through the walkie.
"Copy! Elm and Cherry!" Dustin agrees.
The two boys try to peddle as fast as they can to reach their friends on time. They almost crash into each other multiple times from their stress, but manage not to kill each other.
