Evelyn walked through the hallway, everyone ignoring her,she was used to it, a part of her grateful even. She was never bullied in school the student too busy and competitive to care, everyone was a nerd here anyway. She took a deep breath trying to hold in the urge to cough, something was scratching at the back of her throat like a scared cat. She cleared her throat trying to push it in but the itch only got worst. She looked around seeing it empty she finally coughed it out into her hand and wiped the blood on the handkerchief her eyes showing no fear, she expected this, prayed for it even, the first sign that she had cancer. That was the only sign she needed there was no need for test not that she was even that rich for it, she scoffed at the thought of telling an adult. The only one who she could tell tried stabbing her days ago and the other one was six feet under having died from the same disease that was now asking for her life.
Evelyn knew she had no one, she have had too many people leave her. People who had promised her the whole world and had thrown her heart to the curb. She smiled in self mockery, things were now atleast back on track and working out as planned she was gonna live the best life she could ever livewith the joy that she was gonna drop dead at any second and not face the consequences, she was going through the same path dear mother did, guess the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Life have never look more better than this
"Evelyn.. Evelyn" a voice said pulling her out of her thought
"I have never seen you smile so brightly before" she rolled her eyes, she was never bothered by anyone, her aura she believe repelled people except for this idiot, this idiot seemed to be immune to it, if only he knew what made her smile.
"Go away Aaron!" She didn't have strength for chit-chatting. She was going to plan her life not talk to a boy whose primary thought seem to come from in between his legs but what of if that was what she needed. A good hard fuck, she wasn't planning on dying a virgin and where else to get it than from a boy whose reason of existence seem to be to sleep with all the girls in school. She was schooling with nerds not nuns.
Maybe this was a sign, a start of something. Yeah she was going to make a bucket list of everything but that was going to be after she slept with this idiot, he was probably carrying an STD but at this moment who cared she was going to die any way. Maybe it could be like a competition to see who kills her first. She was rooting for the cancer though it would be like a generational curses that ended with her death
She got home and ran upstairs, she didn't know if he was home all the servant had resigned or him firing them would be the right word to use. He saw no use for them and neither did Evelyn. They just were humans who gossip all day while doing absolutely nothing than getting in her way. She sniffed as she opened her diary to a picture of she and aunt Simi, the last photo, she wasn't sure her exact age then but she was so innocent and full of life even with parent who had no business conceiving. Aunt Simi had that effect on people.
