I smiled looking at the list of the people who wanted to do as we wanted. I am happy. I know this will benefit everyone. I know how much people went through the last year as it was not enough rain! But what I found was cause most of the Bakjae's farmers plant rice this problem appeared but if they work on other plants, what happened in the last year will never happen again.

"So you are dividing the farms?" Yeonjun nodded.
"As you said your highness we at first divided them into the ones which are sold and the ones who have partnership with us. We will take a look at the people information and see who is more capable and based on their experience who can plant what we want better." I smiled and nodded.
"That's right! Thank you Yeonjun you're doing so well." He smiled and lowered his head. He looks different today.

"Everything's alright Yeonjun?"
"Yeah! Yeah! They are things.....that I must handle myself." I smiler.
"Is it about prince Beomgyu being in the guards?" He sighed.
"Yeonjun I know he may not be the capable soldier you want and maybe alittle reckless but he has lots of motivation and is so enthuasiatic. I am sure he will learn by time." I sometimes feel bad for Beomgyu! He is so young and pure. I wish I had a say in Yeonjun's future but I don't want to interfer in his life. Mostly his love life.

"It is not that!"
"Then what is it?" He sighed and looked at me.
"He is a prince! Being out of the castel is dangerous enough if someone do not know you are a prince. But he goes here and there while the others know he is a prince. I am afraid something happens to him! As professional as he is but you knwo the dangers out of here." I nodded.

"I know! Jungkook is worry as well and has shared this with his father but it seems father is also eager Beomgyu be more active in these matters." He didn't say anything.
"Please take care of him! I am eased when you are with him." He smiled and nodded.
"If you excuse me I must go! Actually wr had some problmes with minister Hwang. He didn't let the soldiers in and I must go there now."

"He was against all this plan! I guess it is why he is not accompanying." He nodded.
"Be careful and good luck!"

Author pov

"Your highness! The first leader, leader Yeonjun's here."
"Didn't I tell them not to disturb me?" Minister Hwang said angrily and got up from his seat going to the door. As he opened the door he was faced with Yeonjun.

Yeonjun bowed.
"Your highness!"
"Don't you have ears? I said those farms belong to me. TO ME! I won't give them to anyone."
"Sir it is not we are taking your farm but as we've collected information we found that your farms are useless and no one's woeking on them. Based on crown prince's plan you will have a godo amount of profi-"

"Crown prince's plan?" He said and laughed.
"Let's say YOUR prince's plan! GREAT PRINCE SEOKJIN!" Yeonjun looked at him with narrowed eyes not saying a word.
"Just see what has happened to our country! A foreigner is rulling around and sending someone from his clan. How dare you order me?" Yeonjun smiled and bowed his head.
"Sir I am not ordering you but telling the order our prince-"
"I don't take orders from a foreigner. Moreover when another foreigner emplies his order. What is happening to Bakake that YOU are the first leader? Huh? Doesn't Bakjae have any other person? Hih? Why YOU are here standing tall telling me WHAT TO DO AND WHAT NOT TO DO? GET OUT-"

"STOP!" 

The minister got shocked as heard Beomgyu. Yeonjun turned and looked at Beomgyu who came to the front.
"Your highness!" Minister Hwan said and bowed.
"How dare you insult someone loyal and trusted by our King and crown prince?" He said angrily. The minister looked at him.
"You are not involved in this-"
"I AM BAKJAE'S SECOND PRINCE AND WAY UPPER THAN YOU!" He yelled at him.

"This matter is about the royal family not the govornment. I am from the royal family." He went near him.
"Seems you have problem with Bakjae's prince as well." He said and chuckled.

"Leader Yeonjun!" Yeonjun looked at him.
"Give the documents to him!" Yeonjun bowed and gave the documents.
"As it is written here, 90% of your farms are unused which is not acceptable when there are people who can use them."
"Bu-"
"You will sign the contract made by our King or else must pay double tax and if not!" He smiled.
"We will take 100% of your farms foe the royal family. And you are well aware it is written in our rules." He said and lookes at him with sharp eyes.

"We are going!" He said and was about to go but stopped.
"Also it is the last time you insult our great prince or whoever is from Gurio! You as someone from Bakjae just have stolen from this poor people here someone like our first leader is sacrificing for our country. You must bow and thank him!" He said and went out angry.

Jungkook pov

"You look worry." He nodded with pouted lips.
"Yeonjun said minister Hwang is not accompanying!" I nodded.
"I've heard about it! It wasn't unexpected though."
"I knwo but what should we do if he doesn't accomapny?" I chuckled and held his hand.

"Well.....Beomgyu took care of that." He narrowed his eyes.
"Beomgyu?" I chuckled and nodded.
"Seems minister Hwan has insulted Yeonhun and you and he has became angry so has stood in front of him and threatened him if he doesn't pay the complete tax of his farms we will take all of his farms without giving him anything as it is written in the rules." His eyes got widen.
"Yeah?" I smiled and nodded.

"I didn't expect this from Beomgyu but must admit he has done really well." He chuckled.
"Love can do things to you!"
"Huh?" He looked at me with round eyes and shook his head.
"Nothing!" I narrowed my eyes.
"Seokjin!" He pouted and lowered his head.
"Well....there is somthing!" He then looked at me.
"But I am not 100% sure."
"What is it?" He pouted and bit his bottom lip.

"I think.....I think...." I looked at him. He took a deep breath and looked into my eyes.
"I think Beomgyu loves Yeonjun!"

Yeonjun pov

I looked at him who was cleaning his shoes.
"You wanna chase after me like that?" I looked at him.
"Well.....about today-"
"I know I must have not stepped as you are upper than me here but sometimes using your power is needes." I looked at him.

"You must be more careful!" He pouted. I smiled and went near him.
"The govorners are the first enemies in all the countries." He looked at me.
"I know you wanted to defend great prince and.....me...." I lowered my heas.
"I am afraid they use it against you!" He smiled and shook his head.
"I am more hard head than they think! If they come one step I will take two steps. I am Beomgyu!" I chuckled.

"Guess you're right!" He smiled and took his stuffs. He then bowed.
"Bye sir!" He said and went. I looked at him leaving.
