Rushing out, we could easily see our army overpowering the Yeonanian army. After all, most of them were still heavily hung over. Yoongi quickly made a move and sprayed large water currents at our army, causing most of our soldiers to slip, fall, and get hurt. The Crown Prince quickly pulled me and Jungkook together. "Look, the war will be over in no time. They don't know that more soldiers have infiltrated the capital and the castle. All we have to do is subdue Yoongi. His army is unprepared and already falling apart," Taehyung spoke. I nodded and looked at Jungkook with a smile. "We should merge our powers, your supremacy." I added, confusing Jungkook. "Yoongi can extinguish your fire, but with my lightning whip, there is bound to be some damage," I added.
In the meantime, Yoongi struck at us, but the Crown Prince took the blow and fell back. "ELDER BROTHER!" Jungkook cried, holding Taehyung. "Don't worry, I am not that weak," Taehyung added and electrocuted the water, sending chills down the Yeonanian army and making most of them unconscious. Jungkook tightly held onto the Arsnet flowers and felt the fire inside him surge more deeply. His arms glowed, and fire was peaking out. "I am ready, Sung-Min." I nodded and got ready, accumulating willpower for this next attack. As Yoongi stood up from the shocks and recovered, we attacked together. Jungkook bellowed as strong fires seeped out of his arm, and I jerked my ring, creating lightning which joined his rapid fire midway, creating a strong force that pummeled Yoongi with unknown forces. His army also faced the fiery wrath, and the opposite side burst into flames. The Yeonanian ruler and army evaporated out of existence, and Sooyoung arrived with her mother from a safer side. "Oh dear. We are finally free," she whispered, looking at the hot blue flames. Our soldiers screamed in joy as the capital slowly crumbled where Yoongi and his soldiers were.
After that incident, Yeonan became a part of our empire. At first, I voiced that Sooyoung should become the queen, and we should leave Yeonan be. However, the cabinet of ministers suggested that we had gone through a lot to revive the second prince and myself. Thus, it makes sense to add Yeonan to our empire. Sooyoung was powerless against this and was granted the noble woman stature. Although no longer a princess, she was still not a prisoner, which showed our country's benevolence. The castle was broken down, and a smaller estate was made in its place, which belonged to Sooyoung and her mother. Whatever taxes were earned from Yeonan, Sooyoung received 35% of it. She didn't protest against it and was happier to live as a noble woman, unlike before when she was mentally and physically tortured by her half-brother.My life went back to how it was, and today Hoseok came to see me. "How are you, Lady Sung-Min?" He asked, holding my hands with a worried expression. I smiled softly. "I am good. The story ironically reached its end," I added. "Well, an end where you are the martyr," he added, chuckling. "What now?" Hoseok added afterward. "Not sure... I don't even know what will happen now. The novel ended with the prince marrying the beloved. However, here the story changed so much. He doesn't like Sooyoung. I think he likes me... but I shouldn't be too sure," I added. "If the prince asks you to marry him, will you accept the royal proposal?" Hoseok asked.
"I don't know, Sir Hoseok. I just don't know what to do. One part of me is slowly liking him, but somehow I am scared. I don't have the benefit of knowing the future because now the novel has ended. I am scared of marrying the prince who is bound to face so much more politics. I can be targeted by anyone who wants to mess with the royals," I added. "I have already died once. I don't want to face that dark void again. I just want a peaceful life," I added, tears coating my eyes. "My lady," Hoseok added with teary eyes. "Oh, how many times could I apologize for the mistakes of my past life... I can't even fathom how I am able to look you in the eye," Hoseok added, squinting his eyes to let go of tears. "No, An Ryung, that's not the case. It was an accident. I don't even blame you. You too lost your life in that guilt. I just... I am confused," I added, comforting him.
"Well, you shouldn't doubt your strength," Hoseok explained. "You are probably the strongest lady in this land right now. Physically, no man or woman can even dream, let alone try to harm you. You brought an entire kingdom down." Hoseok encouraged. "But with the help of Prince Jungkook—" "Who was empowered with your Arsnet. You got them after taming the great beast, Arahe. You are the creator of this world, Y/n. No one can beat you. At least not in this world," Hoseok added. "Remember that you will always find me if you ever need peace. I am always ready to make you my lady," Hoseok added, kissing my hand gently. I smiled as I looked at him. Just then, I felt eyes watching me. I turned around to see the second prince, who saw us caught in the intimate moment. His eyes were against his own power. They were ice-cold.
