Always cut off to free,
The tree from unwanted ugliness,
The branch long ago lost its importance.
Abandoned on the ground,
It saw new leaves come around.
It experienced loss and agony,
But at least it cherished some great memories.
It died with no regrets,
Keeping in mind, life could never have been any great.
