That rainy night felt like paradise.
Lost in its beauty and mesmerized,
I sat on the window looking out for hours.
My soul wanted to get drenched in that blissful shower.
The leaves of the trees danced in that melody,
Sang by the clouds and the sky in melancholy.
Lost in that sight, I felt surprised,
When few drops of rain fell on my eyes,
Calling me to join the nature,
And lose myself for once in a while.
My heart wanted to go out and laugh and cry.
But my mind told me to go to bed and lie.
Yet for once, I listened to my heart,
Went outside and did what I want.
No one saw me going crazy that night as I embraced my true self extremely tight.
