{Oh no..}

The sun had started to go down by the time we made it out of the woods, the very next day. We were gonna smell disgusting! Especially Dimitri, who took forever to catch up with us only because we had a major head start. Sadly, all of us had to sleep out in the woods for the night, and Maliea was flustered; she had no internet, meaning she couldn't have her midnight Facetime call with Finney. 

"It's kinda cold..." I muttered as shivers went up my spine, I was in jeans and a tank top, and I forgot my hoodie at home. I skipped over to Dimitri bringing him into a hug. 

"Can't we just walk home?" Maliea questioned tiredly. 

"That would take a few, plus where even are we!?" I say as I look around. 

"How about we get some rest and then we leave?" I added on after a minute or two. I pulled my phone out of my back pocket "Fucking aye!" I whispered under my breath, Dimitri and Maliea were looking at me with puzzled expressions. 

"What's wrong?" Maliea asked. 

"My phone is at one percent, but it's eight fifteen though" I rolled my eyes as I shut my phone off and put it back into my pocket, I walked towards Dimitri and reached my hand out for him. We took a seat on a bench that we found with a path, 

"we could follow this path after we rest for an hour or so" I offered to Maliea and Dimitri, and they nod in agreement. 

"What do you guys wanna do for an hour?" I asked while I messed with the fabric on my jeans, 

"How about two of us sleep, one keeps a lookout, twenty minutes each," Maliea rambled on as she got up and walked in a circle. 

"Alright bet" I added after, I let go of Dimitri's hand and stood up 

"Who's keeping lookout first?" I asked while I walked back and forth and then sat down again. 

"I think Dimitri should," Maliea said as she sat on the other side of me 

"hm," I hummed while I mess with my sleeve, I looked over to Dimitri and he just shrugged 

"so Dimitri wanna keep lookout first?" I ask while I hop off the bench and just start jumping trying to keep warm. 

"Sure," he said, 

"alright," I said sitting back on the beach with Maliea 

"Keep one of the weapons with you at all times!" Maliea said as she leaned onto her hand trying to get comfortable on the bench. 

"Yeah" I agreed with Maliea while I got comfortable next to her. I slowly closed my eyes, falling asleep. Next thing I know I wake up to a BANG BANG BANG. Jolting up, I saw.
