The days passed by after they had invited Shidou out for a meal, the girl woke up with a light stretch. The weather was slowly changing and spring was coming! Excited at this, Yui quickly left her bed and glanced at the photo frame on her nightstand.

«Good morning, mother.» Yui greeted with a smile. It was a picture taken while her mother, Yuuko Nakahara was hospitalized. Her mother was smiling like she always did - despite her sickness. Yui was coddled up in her arms and on each side of the bed, were two more children to be seen. Their faces were blurred by the light that was reflected by the glass, but seeing them Yui smiled fondly. It's been years since she last saw this picture. It was a gift, she received from her German childhood friends, but Yui had been hiding it away for a long time. Anything related to her mother Yuuko was something Yui had locked off and stored away for a long time.

Her life started to change slowly after she met Sae. Little by little, his warmth and fire - his light and ego - affected her as well, and she wanted to get closer to him, and one day reach him.

«Ha...» Yui drawled out a long sigh and deflated back onto her floor pillow. She opened her phone and browsed through the trails of notifications left behind on. Between business mails, private DMs and missed calls from a certain ‚Antennaed Freak', Yui soon paused when she caught an article about the Blue Lock vs. U-20 match that was coming up in 10 days.

'Sae must be meeting the U-20 Players right now.' Yui thought when she remembered the rare occasion Sae visited their agency with his manager one evening. Although it was officially labeled as a business meeting, only Yuusuke and Girolain were talking about work, Sae meanwhile used that time to wander around the building, mindlessly and bored.

While wandering around, he met Ageha and Shuu one their way to work. They both greeted him with surprised but happy smiles. Ageha being the friendly person she is immediately went on to chat with him, until Shuu reminded her that she was going to be late. They bid their goodbyes with a wave.

Sae went up the floor and reached a business area filled with desks and workers. Despite being considered a small agency, there were around ten people working in this room. Sae didn't recognize any faces and turned around to leave. On his exit, he saw Takao approach him from the other direction. Takao didn't notice him at first. The raven-head was too engrossed in checking the papers he was reading, while discussing something on call. He paused for a moment he saw the red-head and ended his call.

«Oh my God, Sae. What are you doing here?» Takao approached him in his beige suite. Sae looked his friend's attire up and down. He would have raised an eyebrow if he was anymore expressive. «..Uh... your attire creeps me out, but the wine aged well in the end, hm?» Sae said ruthlessly and Takao swore he saw a hint of acknowledgement and supportiveness in his voice.

Takao laughed. «I'm not sure what to make of it. You have climbed up a lot yourself. It's hard but we just gotta do, what we have to do.» Takao responded with a small shrug and patted his back once. Sae's eyes narrowed in annoyment, but they returned to normal the moment Takao's hand left his back.

«Don't tell me what to do. I know what's best, myself.» Sae replied in his usual manner.

Takao already expected that response. He was still at a temporary lost of what to say. Takao agreed with Sae's statement. In most cases, Sae knew what to do and if he didn't he would figure it out in time, even so, when he thought of his own long distance relationship with An, and the relationship that was slowly but surely developing between Sae and Yui, he couldn't help but feel the need to urge them on. Takao bit his lower lip and swallowed his thoughts. If Sae was this convinced, he could only hope for the best.
