Maybe some of us are scared to open up because every time we try we get a response like, "It's just all in your head" and that's when we shrink back into our own shell, covered with thick walls, and time will come that it's hard to let people in.
I apologized in behalf of those chosen people you tried to open up to who doesn't understand your pain, yet I am here. I might not know you, but I understand what you feel, For I have been there time and time again.
